Edwin showed me all the options I had considering my credit score but more importantly recognized that I am a female disabled veteran that deserved the best vehicle he could find for me. I invite all veterans to go to Hyundai Vinart Lehigh valley because of their knowledge about cars but also about people. More
I just purchased a brand new 2013 Hyundai Veloster from Lehigh Valley Hyundai on Monday, July 29th. I must admit that when walking in, I was very skeptical of this dealership because I had a horrible experience with them many years ago regarding a particular overly-pushy salesperson who would not leave me alone. This time they introduced me to John Anderson, the salesperson who helped me through the whole process. This was very refreshing from the get-go. John was very friendly and courteous, not pushy, and very knowledgeable about the product he was selling. Even from the test drive he showed me all the features and gadgets that come with this model and explained to me in detail how to use the Eco-Shift function as well as the voice-activated features and the Blue-Link features included with the car. Negotiating the price, usually one of the spine-cringing parts of buying a car, was relatively painless working with John. It didn't take us too long to come to a fair price for the vehicle I was purchasing as well as my trade-in price. I did my homework beforehand, which is always helpful, and they were willing to work with me in some different areas. Finally, John introduced me to Leo, the finance manager who handled my loan details and financing. This guy couldn't have been any friendlier and he explained everything I needed to know in detail about what was going to be happening with the loan and with my warranty. As a matter of fact, he sold me on the additional gap insurance and extended 10-year B2B warranty which at the time I didn't know if I wanted, but he made it very clear the perks I would have with it and it's value-to-price advantages. I now have piece of mind for many years ahead. Signing loan paperwork, especially when you're committing to making a car payment for years to come can be grueling. Leo made it as pain-free as possible. In all, my experience with Lehigh Valley Hyundai was a very pleasurable one. John Anderson was a great guy to work with throughout the whole process and I will hopefully deal with him again when I need my next car. The whole atmosphere has definitely changed for the better at LV Hyundai since my last experience years ago. The friendly employees, in addition to service perks, free inspections for life and an all-around comfortable car-buying atmosphere make me give this dealership two thumbs up. Once again was very happy with the Hyundai Instant Service Drive In facility. The purpose of the visit was for oil change and filter and the multi-purpose inspection. My can is three years old and the Service Drive In facility. The purpose of the visit was for oil change and filter and the multi-purpose inspection. My can is three years old and the battery life was rated for twenty four months. My wife recently had starting problem which was caused by a bad cell in the battery. The battery was replaced and once again the Sonata performed like new.We were happy with our visit and recommend Lehigh Valley Hyundai. More

I stopped in to check colors and had with me a "Truecar.com" printout. I thought I would have to go to the listed out of town dealer to get the stated price, but was pleasantly surprised to learn "Truecar.com" printout.
