He was knowledgeable, friendly, and let me work the purchase at my speed. He presented a very reasonable offer, and then gave me the time I needed to work through the decision - not at all too pushy. When I called back, he was responsive with answers, and ended up helping me take delivery on my birthday, despite both of our busy schedules. Existing Santa Fe had a safety problem that Hyndai could not fix. I told them I would not trust the car to drive it and they were honest about working with engineers with Hyndai and not finding the problem not fix.
