As with most dealers in PA you need to make an appointment only so you can wait, wait, wait. The women making the appointment was very friendly and upbeat. Why do dealers here expect you can leave your car for a whole day for inspection? Overall the friendly warm fuzzy feeling of this dealership is transparent.
