I purchased a new Hyundai Azera. Great vehicle! I'm a long time Lehigh Valley Hyundai customer as well as LV Acura customer (and this is my 4th Hyundai - over 650K miles on the first 3 vehicles). I am compelled to provide this review given the outstanding experience I had end-to-end in the buying process. Based on my review below, I would highly recommend Lehigh Valley Hyundai, and the Vinart family of dealerships. I purchased the new vehicle as a result of giving my son my older Sonata for his first car. By chance I ran into Paul Goodwin, GM of Lehigh Valley Hyundai. Paul took immedaite interest in my needs. He not only took great care in ensuring that I was a satisfied customer, but he also knew I was a long time customer of LVH and of Vinart, personally introduced to me a sales representative, and explained my long standing relationship with LVH & Vinart as well as explained my needs. Paul then came back twice during the purchase process to ensure that I was satisfied overall. Al Youwakim is the Sales rep that I worked with directly. Al took the time to understand my priorities. He listened intently and always focused on my priorities. Al is knowledge about the vehicles, the services provided by the Blue Link Service and the overall dealership service. Had early morning appointment for state inspection and recall notice, my service adviser is Scott Reimer. As usual I was greeted and treated with caring and friendly help. We've purchased two vehicles from this dealer and use their express service to do routine oil and filter changes plus tire rotation. They always manage to complete the service in about half an hour with their express service to do routine oil and filter changes plus tire rotation. They always manage to complete the service in about half an hour without an appointment which is very convenient. Plus they always pull out the engine and cabin air filters and show them to me so I know if its time to change them out. On the first car we purchased from them, one of the shock adsorbers started to leak fluid at 58,000 miles. When I went in to buy a new shock to install myself, the parts guy said the car was still in warranty and that they would replace the shock free of charge. We will definitely be buying our next car from this dealer. More
