I did my research and was pleasantly surprised that this dealership exceeded my expectations with a great deal on exactly the vehicle we wanted and, equally important, by honoring everything they said without the game playing I'd come to expect from the new car industry. This is a dealer one can trust with confidence, which is unusual in the new car business, and they will go the extra mile to make a fair deal. Kudos to Mahmood, Travis, the Finance Manager and Justin for making the purchase of my third Hyundai (the first two were bought in New York when I lived there) a pleasant and for their integrity in all their dealings with me. Excellent service! Bought my Hyundai out of state and was worried that the quality of service wouldn't be as good as if I had purchased my car directly from this dealer. After my check engine light came on I was able to get in for service immediately. Scott handled my case from start to finish. He arranged for a shuttle to and from work and always with a smile and a "what more can I do attitude". The happy ending to this story was that my repair was a sensor that needed to be replaced (all covered under warranty). The oil change piece of the repair was cheaper than jiffy lube and I was guaranteed Hyundai parts and quality oil. Nice work Lehigh Valley Hyundai and Scott! More
