After my check engine light came on I was able to get in for service immediately. Scott handled my case from start to finish. He arranged for a shuttle to and from work and always with a smile and a "what more can I do attitude". The happy ending to this story was that my repair was a sensor that needed to be replaced (all covered under warranty). As with most dealers in PA you need to make an appointment only so you can wait, wait, wait. The women making the appointment was very friendly and upbeat. Why do dealers here expect you can leave your car for a whole day for inspection? Overall the friendly warm fuzzy feeling of this dealership is transparent. I will need to return for future state inspections but any service for my car will be in Stewartsville NJ. More
