Mahmood Datoo, the sales agent who I have now worked with for the purchase and lease of five automobiles. The first was a Honda the most recent Hyundai's. Last week I was in for service, Mahmood came over, we talked, he thought I would look good in a 2014 Sonata so I went home with a new car. My experience was horrible from the ment we walked in. I was greeted by a gentleman who did not introduce himself. I had asked for Travis as I was instructed to do. The individual with no name at this point was greeted by a gentleman who did not introduce himself. I had asked for Travis as I was instructed to do. The individual with no name at this point told me to wait and proceeded to the back sales room. He came out with a set of keys to look at the sonata we were interested in (well one of them). He did not offer a test drive, only allowed us to look inside one model, and I still did not know his name at this point. We proceed inside and I explain what we were looking for and how we were looking to do the deal if the numbers were right, but just not that night. We stated we would come back the following day to continue business. The offer for my trade was 2000 lower than every other dealership we had visited at that point. I still wanted to give the mystery man a chance. He was not willing to work with me on a price. I had the overall feeling that I was being talked down to the whole time as though we were a waste of his time. It was as though he didnt want to budge even a dollar on a left over model! Upon deciding to leave he finally gave us his business car with his name. At this point, I finally knew his name and I was completely turned off from the dealership just within that 20 minute visit. Well... Due to the horrible customer service and mannerisms of the sales rep, we decided to go elsewhere. That very next day we went to another local dealership and bought not one... But TWO brand new vehicles. The experience was NOT that of lvh, they were willing to work with us on trade ins, pricing, and the overall enviornment was customer friendly. So thank you lvh! I love love love my new vehicle, and my father loves his new vehicle as well. You definitely did the other sales rep a favor :) More

While very pleased with my 2008 Sonata (extremely reliable) Hyundai was offering some very attractive incentives on remaining 2013 models (the 2014s had recently begun arriving on Lehigh Valley Hyund reliable) Hyundai was offering some very attractive incentives on remaining 2013 models (the 2014s had recently begun arriving on Lehigh Valley Hyundais lot). So I did my homework on fair trade-in values and fair sales prices and made an appointment for a test drive. If the car was to my liking, I was prepared to see if we could work a satisfactory deal. If not, consider another perhaps more motivated dealership, possibly a Certified Used vehicle, or just keep my car for the time being. Kristen Green was the one to greet me, determine my preferences, and arrange the test drive. I liked the vehicle as it is a little more powerful and better gas economy than my older model (only 4 speeds). As with most cars there are also more standard features (outside temperature indicator, Bluetooth, and BlueLink come to mind). So we embark on the negotiations. As expected, the dealership's initial offer on my trade and the vehicle itself were far from my expectations. I shared my expectations and they came closer but still quite a bit from what was acceptable to me. I made it clear I'd done my homework and was ready to walk. Their third offer met my requirements and we shook hands. Worked out the financing and insurance transfer etc then and there. So a first for me I parted with my old vehicle then and there and drove the new one home that day (2 weeks to the day now). Kristen even helped me out considerable as I hadn't anticipated things moving so swiftly and had quite a few items in my old vehicle to move over to the new one. The car has been great so far. Working with Kristen and the Sales management on this deal was a pleasure. You could tell they were interested in retaining a loyal customer (this is 3rd vehicle I've purchased there). The customer business center in the waiting area is a great addition. I bring my laptop and can work while waiting - no more wasted time or trips back and forth from the office while service is being performed. I would not consider going anywhere else. More
I had service completed because of a safety recall on my vehicle. Because of a longer than expected wait time, I was able to borrow their car to finish some errands, during which time he stated they were f vehicle. It was time for an oil change on my 2002 Hyundai Accent. I have had it for eleven relatively trouble free years. It had begun making a strange ticking sound a few weeks before and so I brought it to my tru I have had it for eleven relatively trouble free years. It had begun making a strange ticking sound a few weeks before and so I brought it to my trusted service rep, Scott Reimer at Lehigh Valley Hyundai. He knew instantly what it was. He told me that it's the rocker arm and then he said to me, "It's time to start looking." I felt overwhelmed by this dire news since I had thought that my Hyundai would last forever. I asked him, "Should I still get the oil changed?" and Scott answered, "No. Why put any more money into this one. Why don't you go over and speak with Jen Leiby in sales." And so I did. Jennifer is the most unusual sales person that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is patient, knowledgeable and answers all questions. She then let me take the lead as to what kind of Hyundai I was looking for, what I wanted in it and what I wanted the color to be. I could go on and on about how wonderful she was in making sure that I got the best deal possible. To my amazement even after I signed papers, I found a better deal and brought it to Jen's attention and she brought it to wherever she needed to go to get a new deal for me and she made that magic happen. I know for certain that I got the best deal anywhere in this area because I literally was in touch with Hyundai dealers from Doylestown, Coopersburg, Stroudsburg, Quakertown and one somewhere else. By the end of the process, each of those dealers told me that they just couldn't "touch" the deal I had gotten for my new 2013 Hyundai Accent from Lehigh Valley Hyundai. I love my new car. More
I had a 7:00 am appt for inspection on Tuesday 10/29/13. Brought the car the night before. I was only contacted at 1:30 pm to inform that all that was needed to pass was a parking light. Several hundred dollars worth of work was recommended which I declined. I was given no indication when the car would be ready for pick up. I had to call at 4:30 to be told that I could pick the car up after 5:00. I was inconvenienced and my car sat at your shop for ten hours, for a parking light. Also, I reported that my right passenger head light beam was not correct and asked that it be checked. I explained that I had work done on that headlight in August, for $32.00 and thought it might be connected. The service person guessed at what I might have had done based on the cost and said they were unrelated, and it would be another $30.00 to correct beam. Wanting to speak to someone else about this, I returned to your service dept on Friday, Nov. 1. I stood around for some time before anyone acknowledged me. The man that did eventually ask me if I was being helped did not identify himself by name or position. I explained my frustrations and he said he would see what he could do. He had a technician look at the car and told me that although they tried to adjust the beam it didn't really work because the head light was not the factory installed one. He said that he would get me a quote on whole new head light. He did not, however, take my name or phone number so I don't know how I will get the information. In the past, the service department was exceptional. Unfortunately, the customer service/satisfaction has definitely changed. More
