Given that your vehicle has not been maintained by our shop and that is over 10 years old, we were facing a challenging set of circumstances in diagnosing your vehicle's problem. As can be the case, after our initial diagnosis, it was determined that further repairs were needed. We recommended those repairs and you elected not to do the work with us. Then, unfortunately, you failed to bring back the courtesy car at our agreed upon date and time. Our associates drove 30 minutes to your home to pick up the vehicle. You decided to have to work done elsewhere, which is your choice and we respect that. We wish you the best of luck with your vehicle and we welcome any future inquiry by the Better Business Bureau into this matter.
