My first and only car was a 2001 Sonata which had been a great car for the 6 y I went to Lehigh Valley Hyundai on Memorial Day looking for a new car. My first and only car was a 2001 Sonata which had been a great car for the 6 years I had it. Since I decided it was time for a new car I knew I wanted another Sonata. Upon arriving to the dealership my dad, boyfriend, and I were greeted by Ariel. He has a great personality and makes you feel like you're his best friend! Ariel was very helpful and knowledgable with the Sonata I purchased. I did not feel pressured or pushed at all which I was very pleased with. Being a first time buyer I was nervous I would have to deal with the "stereotypical salesman." He not only helped me find the perfect car but also set me up with a Nationwide insurance agent that was able to get me a great policy. I would recommend Ariel 100% for anyone looking to buy. My dad and boyfriend were also so pleased that they are looking to deal with him in the future. We felt he went above and beyond for me. Great Experience! I live in Suffolk County New York. When I found I was unable to purchase the car I wanted locally, I requested a quote on the internet for a 2014 San I live in Suffolk County New York. After sending the quote request, I received a phone call from the dealership. They wanted to review my request and make sure they knew what I was looking for so that they could send me the correct quote. I received the quote the same day and Edwin Salazar phoned me after to review all the numbers. He also said they would have the vehicle I wanted within a couple of days. I received an e-mail the next day with the vin # of my new car. When we arrived at Lehigh to pick up the car, we met Edwin Salazar. Mr. Salazar spent most of the morning reviewing all the documents relating to the vehicle with us and he also showed us how all the new options and technology worked. Customer Service I called to inquire about my car's status and did not enjoy the phone system in order to get to speak with service. When I finally got through the age I called to inquire about my car's status and did not enjoy the phone system in order to get to speak with service. When I finally got through the agent I spoke with seemed annoyed and could not provide me with any information because service techs were at lunch. I asked her to call me back after their lunch to let me know the status. Her reply was "I will call you when I know something," and sounded annoyed. I never received a call until some 5 hours later telling me the car was finished. More
