For our most recent purchase,we were very fortunate to have a very knowledgeable, patient and informative sales associate, Edwin Salazar. He made the test drive experience wonderful-the no pressure sales was very appreciated. The purchase price we paid was much more than fair, and Edwin and the sales manager made this experience a pain free, haggle free purchase. Four days following the purchase , our new car was accidently scratched( or should we say gouged) by a friend loading something into the vehicle. We turned to Edwin for assistance; who touched up the scratch as best as was possible, and spending 3 hours of his own time doing so and attempting for find a simple resolution to our problem by connecting us with people who could help us. We will be forever grateful for his time devoted to our dilemma, for this most certainly was well above the call of duty! More
