Mixed first experience This was my first experience with LV Hyndai service. Initially I was very dissapointed. I called to tell them the car I bought from them a month earli This was my first experience with LV Hyndai service. Initially I was very dissapointed. I called to tell them the car I bought from them a month earlier broke down and was getting towed to them. The girl over the phone told me the service dept was closed (which I knew) and she was just a cashier and couldn't help me. When I was dropping off the car the cashier at the service dept was sitting on her phone playing Candy Crush and barely looked up to acknowledge my existence. She told me there was nothing she could do for me with a slight attitude like I was an idiot for asking her anything. She said there was no paperwork to fill out and said she couldn't help me with a rental or anything else. I was ready to go somewhere else when I noticed there was a drop off box outside, which the cashier did not tell me about, so I reluctantly filled the papers out and dropped off my car. I did not receive any calls from them the next day. I called multiple times and was only able to leave a message. I was headed to the dealership ready to take the car elsewhere when I decided to call one last time. A really nice gentleman answered who didnt know anything about the car but offered to find out what he could. He first said they didnt get to it yet. Then he said they just pulled it in the shop. Then he said they were working on it but didnt know what was wrong yet. Later in the conversation he said the ECU needed to be upgraded. His story and details changed wildly throughout the approx. 3 minute conversation but I was just happy to talk to someone who sounded like they had the potential to feel the human emotion of "caring" and had some answers, even if only vague ones. The next day the service advisor called (I believe his name was Joe) and told me my car needed the coil pack replaced and it was all covered under warranty. He answered all my questions and was extremely nice. I picked the car up without incident. I will use Hyndai service again but I hope my experience is more consistintly positive. More

Wrong price on invoice Took My 2005 Elantra to dealership on Saturday, 4/19/14 for inspection and oil change. Scott made necessary adjustments for me. More

Brought back and replaced the chafed wiring harness connector that was probably shorting intermittantly. The usual fix is replacing the wiring harness at over $1000. But the service tech was able to splice in just the connector off another car and solved the problem. No Charge! Did complimentary oil/ filter change too. Appreciate the creativity. They certainly try to do what's best for the customer, both technically and economically. And very nice people. More

The car was test driven to verify the constant left to right steering correction. It was very noticeable at 60+ mph. After steering adjustment and a fair priced front end alignment the car now steers very well. Overall a good experience and I am very satisfied. More
Great Service and Convenience I took my car in for intermittent engine noise and vibration. I liked the convenience of taking the shuttle to my job. Everyone was very nice. I would recommend this service center to friends. More
Oil Change I just took the car in for an oil change. I did not have an appointment, and their Express service was just that. Never have had a bad experience with the full service center or the Express Center. Very easy to drop off wait in lobby and have gotten loaner vehicles from time to time. This trip I had a window motor r center or the Express Center. Very easy to drop off wait in lobby and have gotten loaner vehicles from time to time. This trip I had a window motor replaced on a relatively new care and it was handled under warranty. Had car evaluated on Monday...part was ordered and it was fixed on Wednesday afternoon. More
