He has taken the car to a dealer in Jacksonville, Florida to have oil changes and things done since he is away from the Hyundai Dealer we purchased the car from in Allentown, PA. Each time he takes it to the dealer in Florida, they wash and detail the car with great care and satisfaction. He recently came home to PA and the Elantra needed the yearly inspection performed. The inspection was fine, although took over 2 1/2 hours when originally told it would be 90 minutes. The shuttle service was great as well. However, the car was washed and detailed poorly. My son had spent the previous weekend washing and detailing the car himself and when he received the car back after inspections, the body and windows of the car were covered in water spots and looked as if it had not been washed and detailed at all. The reason he knew it was supposedly done to perfection is that it looked worse than when he brought the car in. More
Customer Service I called to inquire about my car's status and did not enjoy the phone system in order to get to speak with service. When I finally got through the age I called to inquire about my car's status and did not enjoy the phone system in order to get to speak with service. When I finally got through the agent I spoke with seemed annoyed and could not provide me with any information because service techs were at lunch. I asked her to call me back after their lunch to let me know the status. Her reply was "I will call you when I know something," and sounded annoyed. I never received a call until some 5 hours later telling me the car was finished. More

He went and got Edwin Salazar who was absolutely wonderful through my whole buying experience. I told him I wasn't comfortable driving an unfamiliar car in traffic, so he took a Sonata out on the highway so I knew how it felt. Then when we were in a less traveled area, I took the wheel. I felt very comfortable behind the wheel. Edwin was very patient in explaining everything and was very thorough. When we arrived back at the dealership, I decided to buy the original Sonata that I had seen in the showroom. I went home to get my old car title and returned awhile later. Edwin carefully explained all the paperwork to me. When we were done, he helped me transfer a few things from my old car to my new car. I am very happy with my purchase. Edwin has stressed to me many times to call him or stop in if I have any questions. I have contacted him at least three times, both by phone and at the dealership, and he was prompt in getting back to me and answered all my questions. He had explained everything to me when I bought the car, but that was a lot to absorb so I am so glad that Edwin is so willing to help me. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend Edwin Salazar if you're looking for a new car. More

First place I stopped at. It was touch and go for a while, but while searching for a good used car I first wound-up at Vinart. Although I immediately fell in love with the 201 It was touch and go for a while, but while searching for a good used car I first wound-up at Vinart. Although I immediately fell in love with the 2011 Elantra Kyle showed me, it was after all, the very first place I went to and I felt the need to shop around a little more. I then went to Becker Subaru and the two cars they had in my price range didn't even come with warranties above 90 days, meanwhile the Elantra Kyle showed me at Vinart was a certified vehicle and also had 20k miles left to go on the manufacturer's warranty. Art, the salesman at Becker, offered a pretty good deal payments-wise, and it certainly was tempting, so I told Kyle about it and then he was able to get me the payment range I was looking for, at $310 per month. We then went back to Vinart and took another look at the Elantra, the two people I went with really liked the car too, so I decided to go for it. I also picked up the extended warranty and I'm covered until 2021, so that's nice too. There were only three minor problems though: 1. Before I bought the car, and even when I test drove it, there was a minor exhaust leak when starting the car cold. I told Kyle about it though, and in fact their service is taking care of that issue right now, as I type this review. 2. The second issue was a strange power loss, which occurred last Friday and then once again yesterday when I took the car in for the exhaust problem. They were on the ball though...they informed me yesterday that it turned out to be a temperature sensor and wiring harness for the transmission. They're currently fixing that as well. 3. Three bulbs were blown out. Only minor ones, and it's not a big deal I suppose, but when you sit there in their dealership and their television advertising goes on about how they do this 150-point inspection before selling a certified car, and then you find out a week and a half later that you have blown bulbs, it leaves you to wonder if that's true or not. I would think that checking the bulbs is part of that inspection, but I guess someone had an off day. Regardless of the above, I'm still relatively happy for now and I would likely go back to Vinart and have Kyle sell me my next vehicle. I should also note that since they didn't have the replacement part they gave me a newer Elantra loaner car, which is included in the warranty and extended warranty, and Kyle was certainly on the case. He took care of that post haste, and even drove it across the street to me at the service center. Well, thanks Vinart, thanks Kyle, and if you're car shopping then thanks for taking the time to read this. Good luck on your car search! More
quick and friendly service visit I scheduled a appoint at the Stewartsville dealership which is where I bought my vehicle I had my oil changed and filter replaced, it took about 30 m I scheduled a appoint at the Stewartsville dealership which is where I bought my vehicle I had my oil changed and filter replaced, it took about 30 minutes which is about the normal time for such service, when the car was finished the service rep let me know that it was time to have my transmission fluid flushed and replaced and gave me prices for having this service performed I didn't get the service done at the time but I scheduled to have it done in two weeks! It was very good experience the waiting room had a big screen TV and also coffee and bagels, I felt very comfortable there and would recommend this service dept to anyone else who is looking for a place to have their vehicle serviced! More
