I recently purchased a 2024 Palisade from Lehigh Valley Hyundai. My experience was extremely good at this dealership. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Basma my saleswoman did everything to make me comfor Hyundai. My experience was extremely good at this dealership. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Basma my saleswoman did everything to make me comfortable and she ran out to the lot 3 times to show me different vehicles. I didn’t like the color of the first on so she went and got another. I didn’t like that color either yhen she brought another with different features. I didn’t want those features. She tried everything to find what i wanted. Then I wasn’t happy with the trade offer. I left feeling I wasn’t going to gind a good deal or the car I wanted on Monday she called with a better trade offer and said sh had another color with the features i wanted and encouraged me to come back which I did. I picked up my new Palisade a week ago today. Im very pleased with my experience at Lehigh Valley Hyundai More
