Bait and switch I called this dealership 4x asking qustions about a particular car. They said it was still available less than 24hrs before I drove over an hour to g I called this dealership 4x asking qustions about a particular car. They said it was still available less than 24hrs before I drove over an hour to get there Hmmmmm when I got there it was on the lot but sold I asked did it magically get sold this morning ??? At least the sales person has the decency not to lie straight to my face and said no it was not sold that morning meaning when I was calling about it was already sold and they obviously lied on the phone Bad practices. Never buy a car there More

Oil and filter change It was time to have our oil and filter changed in our car, and the dealership went above and beyond just changing the oil and filter. Our air filters It was time to have our oil and filter changed in our car, and the dealership went above and beyond just changing the oil and filter. Our air filters were shown to us explaining that it would be soon time for us to change them, and a free car wash for a birthday was very much appreciated! We didn't spend a whole lot of time waiting for our car to be finished, and free coffee and tea were available for us ! The workers were very kind and friendly to us threw our whole experience waiting. The cost was minimal, and that is always a plus during the holiday seasons. Thank you LehigValley Hyundai! My salesman Aubrey went above and beyond to meet my needs I have MS and cannot drive without hand controls and the dealership was very accommodating helping make sure that was taken care of.
