Hello and thank you for writing your review. We were sorry to hear that you encountered mechanical problems when passing through the area on your way home to NY. Our team attempted to duplicate your concern but we were unable to do so after initial testing. We did request that we keep the car for additional testing in an effort to determine what was wrong but you declined and stated you wanted to continue on to New York. We also apologize about not being able to produce another key for you. Our key machine is indeed broken and we are waiting for replacement parts. The situation regarding your mileage reimbursement concern was also beyond our control. As we mentioned, the program was not cancelled, but rather someone had already opted for the "cash out" option pertaining to your VIN# thus preventing us from submitting for your claim. Unfortunately, it is something that you will need to contact Hyundai about directly and we did provide the necessary information for you to contact them about your claim. Again, please accept our sincerest apologies if you were inconvenienced in any way, shape or form. Our team tried to do the best we could with the limited amount of time we had your vehicle in our possession while you were passing through town.
