Inspection and oil change, Went in for a schedule inspection that was set on chat online with Christy and got there was also able to get my oil change with in an hour. Fresh coffee and bagels always make your wait great. I walk in the door and the service man meet me at the door and called me by my name I thought that was great customer service. I did have one issues as I was leaving the service man told me that me car was parked out front by the light pole and as I was pulling out I hit the pole. But the same service man came out to me and was able to push the dent out with his hands, He was a great help. More

From the point of purchase, their staff has been nothing but helpful and courteous. I have always been pleased with their service and feel that their prices are very fair. They have been very accommodating as far as scheduling a good time and providing a loaner if needed. Also, they have always followed up with a phone call to ensure I was satisfied with my service, which speaks volumes! I highly recommend this dealership! More

Inspection and brakes I brought my car in for inspection. The back brakes were digging into the rotors, but I just started to hear the grinding. Don't ever have your brakes I brought my car in for inspection. The back brakes were digging into the rotors, but I just started to hear the grinding. Don't ever have your brakes done there, it costs twice what it costs to have them done elsewhere. They may tell you that they can not put on aftermarket brakes, because they can't warranty them...what warranty. The brakes installed for half the price, have lifetime warranties. As for inspection, When one turns off a Sonata and leaves the key in the ignition, four lights remain on, one of my lights are out...I guess they don't check everything. As for service, my car had to stay at the dealership for two days (Wednesday). I didn't here anything from the customer rep by 11:30 on Wednesday, so I called Mark. He told me that the parts were being FedExed, and they should be there at the noon delivery. He stated that he would call me when the parts came in to give me an estimated time of completion. He had not called by 3:00, so I called him back. He said that he had forgotten to call me and that the parts had come in and it should be done by 5:15PM. I had been dropped off at work and was counting on the shuttle service to pick-up my car, of course the shuttle service stops at 4:30, and he had no alternate way to pick me up; I had to call someone to pick me up at work and take me to the dealership. Excellent service!!! More
