Great service department I was promptly waited on when I arrived a few minutes early for 15000 mile maintenance due on my 2016 Honda Pilot. The service advisor explained what I was promptly waited on when I arrived a few minutes early for 15000 mile maintenance due on my 2016 Honda Pilot. The service advisor explained what was to be done and the cost. They started the work right away and 90 minutes later got my Pilot back washed at the price they quoted. They seem to very committed to their customers satisfaction. Highly recommend. More

Great Customer Service Since this was my first time getting my year old 2016 Honda CRV inspected, I didn't realize I needed an appointment. Even though I live more than 20 miles away I would not consider another dealership for service or sales. Not Impressed I came to this dealership as my passenger side window was stuck open. It would go down, but not back up. The mechanic I had gone to told me it must I came to this dealership as my passenger side window was stuck open. It would go down, but not back up. The mechanic I had gone to told me it must be an electrical issue as my motor was working fine. After waiting at the dealership for 3 hours. The diagnostics came back indicating that my master switch was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced...at a cost of $570. A couple other things were addressed that were not related...but total costs estimated at over $1600. I am giving a second star only because I was given a list of what needed to be fixed which was helpful. I know very little about cars... but what I do know is to never let a professional handle something you can easily do yourself! With the help of eBay and YouTube I got the part I needed for $60 and it took 5 minutes to replace. And guess what...it's working perfectly. Where do you get off charging so much?! And frankly I'm appalled that I was charged over $115 just for diagnostics. I came to the dealership with the window half open, somewhat manageable to cover up with plastic...to having to leave with the window completely open because their techs couldn't figure out how to close it! More

He was professional and easy to get in touch with when I wanted an update. Hybrids are a bit unique and I feel much better that I was able to have everything taken care of at the LV dealership in a timely manner. More
