My service advisor, Kyle, was extremely courteous and informative, he kept on top of the progress of service in a very busy environment and filled me in several times on my car's status. Very well conducted my routine maintenance service. I was please with all work performed and communicated details about the service prior to service were performed. All need improvement when i was read I was please with all work performed and communicated details about the service prior to service were performed. All need improvement when i was ready to leave the plastic wrap was covered with me seat and paper was on my foot mat. Someone should be picking and removing this from car before customer handed the keys. Sam Azar excellent to work with him and he explains in detail about all recommendation for future as well as current services that may or may not need attention at present but down the line. I would not recommend this place for service at all! To start they damaged the interior of my car and the keychain and then had the audacity to blame me for it at first. I just got the car like two weeks ago..All they had to do was install a second key. Which was also a hassle to even get them to do it. Then they tell you to drop off your car and don’t even look at it the same day. I spoke multiple people that were also picking up their cars and they had the same complaint. How is it an appointment if you aren’t going to look at it?? Why overbook yourself if you can look at all the cars? Also, Dante (advisor) and Trinity (the service manager). I don’t even know where to begin. Completely oblivious to what’s happening. Communicating with them is trash and Dante only picked up the phone once, even with me leaving multiple voicemails to get updates. Which they don’t know how to give you an update either. I’ve never gotten so many I don’t know from a service advisor and much less a service manager. I had to drive there everyday and spent about 30 to at most an hour there looking for an update. Which each time I did, BOTH said “oh I don’t know”. My car ended up being there three/four days. They at the end were still looking for an issue, which I needed up figuring out. Me with no auto service experience. It was my plate cover hitting the trunk. So, unless manager, advisor, and techs. Awesome! Once I gave up and wanted my car back I spent there about an hour waiting for it. The ticket was closed but they didn’t know what they were still doing with my car. Like what?!? They “fixed” my screen. Which three days out started to give issues again. Took it to another Honda and they found what the actual issue was. Finally, when I got into the car it smelled like oil and there was oil stains on my one seat. Also, more damage on my paint. Which at that point I didn’t care, I just wanted my car back. Finally, there was a cover on the floor so I had to, again, take my time, to turn the car around and have them put it in. What a great time… And do you think anyone had even attempted to contacted me regarding this? Nope. More
