Hello and thank you for taking the time to write your review. Please accept our sincerest apologies for your frustrations revolving around your experience. That is not the way we are accustomed to doing business. Your initial reason for visiting around 5pm on the day of your appointment was to have a key cut and programmed, but then you added multiple issues that you would like us to diagnose which we were unable to do that day because of time. We were having difficulty getting the key to program so we needed to hold your vehicle for additional diagnostics as well, so we provided you with a complimentary loaner vehicle to use in the interim. We did have your vehicle for multiple days in attempt to diagnose the myriad of concerns you had: a transmission issue, a network issue, the key issue, etc. In the end, we were successful in in addressing all of your concerns and we did replace your door panel at our expense for the damage we caused. Your concerns about communication absolutely have merit and we will be using your feedback as a coaching opportunity for future situations of a complex nature like your visit presented. The day I took the car in was ONLY for the key at 5pm. The other issues had a appointment for the following Saturday. The excuse that you are using is simply not correct, I did not ask them to do all those issues the same day. As for the loaner, it was given to be because I told Trinity on day two give me a loaner and that I wouldn’t be living without a loaner of some short. The loaner was not given to me the first three times I asked for one. I had to borrow someone’s car for the first day the car was there. Again, saying that you guys graciously gave me a loaner is also incorrect.
