Ali Taner helped me, about a year ago, in the purchase of my car, Mariya scheduled my most recent appointment, Julio ushered me right into the correct service bay i.e., I didn’t have to wait at all, Javon Clinton answered all my questions right there on the spot, Rick greeted me at the front desk and answered all my questions, Carlos in the parts department guided me on the proper leather cleaner, leather protector and touch up paint for my car. When you make an appointment and come in for service no one truly wants to deal with you. Literally every single agent pretended they were busy with something. Not happy with the service side at all! So now I'm definitely not returning for buying anything with the service like that! More
The LV Honda technician noted that my rack & pinion and tire rod end needs to be replaced, because it has internal wear, at a cost estimate of $3,791. I then had the rack & pinion inspected by an offsite reputable mechanic. He found no problem with it. Therefore, I can’t understand why the LV Honda technician wrote up this need for an expensive replacement when it appears there was actually no need for it. This is very disappointing, as I don’t think I can ever trust Lehigh Valley Honda with any future service/repair estimates. More
