However, after buying several cars there over 20 years, I was mistreated and bullied (sweetly) into agreeing to pay $5,000 more (I cancelled that evening) , than I was offered by another Honda dealer, where I purchased my new Oddysey. So be careful of sweet talk about why your trade is worth less you’re getting the best possible deal. Maybe this should be expected, by after working with a sales department for 20 years, totally unacceptable!!! More
