James was my service advisor when I came in through Express service today at Lehigh Valley Honda. He was excellent. Kind and understanding. Explained the process well and accommodating. Additionally, service advisor Sam Azar does a superb job of communicating the recommended services to keep your vehicle in excellent running condition. Mr. Azar is both personable and knowledgeable. We bought our CRV 2 years ago. Service was always top notch until this time. Our car went into service yesterday for a steering problem. Its 1:32 on the 2nd day and still have not heard anything. I don't know if something new is going on in the service department but we never had this issue. I had to wait longer to get the car in and when I tried to speak with the service manager, he/she never called me back. When I called yesterday a woman (either Sandy or Samantha, can't remember) she was very abrupt with me and I certainly didn't appreciate it and never encountered that before. We bought the platinum insurance and it better take care of this expense. Sooo disappointed in this service issue. Will certainly address to whomever runs the dealership. Can't rate quality of work or expense since we still don't have our car but are getting IMPATIENT. Linda DeFanti More
I brought my vehicle to their service center for an oil change. However, I received a call an hour later, informing me that my car had been hit while it was under their care. Surprisingly, they claimed it change. However, I received a call an hour later, informing me that my car had been hit while it was under their care. Surprisingly, they claimed it wasn't their responsibility and wouldn't take any action since they deemed it not their fault. This situation has left me without a paid-off car due to their decision to drive my vehicle around. The customer service was lacking, as it took over a week for the manager to respond, and his response essentially boiled down to "not our problem." This experience was highly unprofessional, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. More
