Brought our odyssey in for AC repair and lock system repair. After paying over $450 for the diagnostic tests for both systems, we agreed to the work recommended for the ac repair. (Nearly $800) after that work was complete, we were told we needed a new compressor for another $2k to make the system work. It was going to be an additional $700 for further diagnostic tests on the locking system. We paid over $1200 and our car is exactly the same as when we brought it in. I spoke with a customer service rep and was told "sorry, they should've communicated that doing those repairs would not guarantee that the system would work." We were never told that - and because of their poor communication, were out $1200. We'll never go back... for service, or a new car. More
I have been visiting this service center since 2018. My last visit is couple of weeks ago for oil change and inspection/emission. I got the car back with torn driver seat. I brought this thing to their available attendant's attention evening as the manager was not available on that day evening hours. I don't see a response until I call after 2 business days. They are not being sorry for what they have done and covering up with escape attitude. Please be cautious when you give car for service at this location. I would suggest taking photographs of Interior and exterior before dropping the car. More

Was told over the phone $300 to calibrate my lanewatch camera aited three weeks for the appoibtment I get to the dealership and was told it would cost over $500 to calibrate my lanewatch camera. I'm a vet camera aited three weeks for the appoibtment I get to the dealership and was told it would cost over $500 to calibrate my lanewatch camera. I'm a veteran on a limited budget so I really didn't appreciate the unwelcome surprise. I had saved $300 and I ended up leaving without my lanewatch camera being calibrated. I won't ever go back there. More
Pleased with the service and impressed that I was given a loaner vehicle because the work wasn’t complete yet. I did not purchase the Honda I had serviced at LV Honda! The dealer I’d purchased 2 Honda CRVs loaner vehicle because the work wasn’t complete yet. I did not purchase the Honda I had serviced at LV Honda! The dealer I’d purchased 2 Honda CRVs from NEVER ONCE gave me a loaner vehicle. It was a hassle free experience! More
Danielle was very pleasant and efficient. She didn’t try to upsell products that weren’t necessary. An oil change, tire rotation and a multi-point inspection took about 1 1/2 hours.
