My family has been Lehigh Valley Honda customers for 10+ years and we love Honda. The only criticism I have is in regards to my car being serviced/my maintenance plan. When I went to pick up my vehicle I wa years and we love Honda. The only criticism I have is in regards to my car being serviced/my maintenance plan. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was given a $500 invoice for the services performed. I knew right away that number was wrong. You guys were trying to charge me almost $200 more for services that should be covered under my maintenance plan when I bought out my lease with you guys. Had I not mentioned this, I would have been charged all that money. Shouldn’t you guys have a portal or customer account history that shows what maintenance plan each customer has or doesn’t have? I’ve worked in customer service for a number of years and understand that trust and the elimination of doubt are normally the 2 aspects customers look for. I was left thinking that you guys are essentially trying to scam me by giving me an incorrect price when you guys are supposed to be the experts. Ideally the service process should go like this: customer makes appointment for their car’s needs, Honda confirms appointment, checks to see if that customer has a warranty/maintenance plan to see what is covered, and then an estimated invoice gets provided for the services that are not covered. More
