I took my car in to replace the timing belt for the second time (my car has 215,000 miles on it) and to asess the condition of the car. The staff is very friendly and the work is done in a professional and timely manner. However, I did have a frustrating experience last week. I received a message on my home answering machine regarding a missed 15,000 mile scheduled maintenance. When I called the dealership back On 3/8/2010 to schedule an appointment I found it very frustrating to navigate thru the menu, which notated extensions for various people (at the time I did not have the name of the person who left me the message). So I left a message for the service manager and never received a phone call back by the end of the week. It just so happened that I needed an oil change so when I was at the dealership on 3/12/2010 I did mention this to the Express Service agent and he said he was sorry. More
