As a tripeat customer nothing has changed and I look forward to it staying that way. Sam is always on the ball and just placed an order for a rim on the used Mazda three I purchase b/c it was bent from previous owner. I am certain the staff will do an outstanding job. Once again special thanks to Sam (my customer support dude) and all of the Honda Certified Mechanical staff. Way to go! John and Melissa Stone More
Just before state inspection a warning light appeared on my dash - emissions problem. Sam (thief) said $1,151 for a new catalytic converter would solve the problem. 3 days later the light reappeared. I took my dash - emissions problem. Sam (thief) said $1,151 for a new catalytic converter would solve the problem. 3 days later the light reappeared. I took the car to competent mechanic who identified the problem as something very common with the Odyssey, a clogged port on the manifold. He removed the manifold, cleared the port and the problem was corrected. For 18 months no warning lights and car was traded in. I'm convinced that Sam was perfectly aware of the common clogged port problem, but wanted to make two large sales and that I didn't need the catalytic converter. This was troubling to me as my family had purchased nearly nothing but Honda's, from this dealership, since 1987. We now have switched to Toyota and recommend that people avoid Lehigh Valley Honda. Not only do I love the car, but I don't mind going in for service. Everyone is more than friendly... and even with a toddler in tow... it's always a quick and painless experience! I definitely see more Hondas in my future. Thanks LV Honda! You guys are amazing! More
Being a busy mom, the kids had to come along with me for an oil change etc. We used the express service center. The service crew here are friendly, helpful and very SPEEDY with the work. They supplied us an oil change etc. We used the express service center. The service crew here are friendly, helpful and very SPEEDY with the work. They supplied us with a really cool beverage maker that amused the kids to no end. Hot chocolate, tea...choices were great. I left my binder of service stuff at home--with the discount coupons inside--and was told, no problem at all...just bring it next time, and I received the discount immediately. How great is that? From start to finish, we were there for only 20 minutes and that included not only the oil change and all fluid stuff, but also fixing the electric door that was sticking. I can highly recommend Lehigh Valley Honda. They are great people with really great work ethics. More
Had brought in my honda fit for speed service (oil change, and replace rear windshield) even had a coupon......quick, efficient service and out in less than 15 minutes! Switched cars with my wife at change, and replace rear windshield) even had a coupon......quick, efficient service and out in less than 15 minutes! Switched cars with my wife at noon, she has a Toyota Yaris, and she felt the rear left tire was low, I took it into the quick service bay, but they don't have a lift for the yaris, I took it over to the regular service bay area, they took it in, checked out the tire, put a new valve stem in the tire (could not find anything wrong with the tire, although it was about 4 lbs low), the put it through the quick wash, and returned it to me, without charge.....now that's a "WOW", but I've had this type of experience in the past, plus I don't take the yaris to Krause (where I bought it), I take it to L V Honda, for lots of reasons.....krause must have an appt for a simple oil change (which means hours), plus no shuttle service....the yaris is great (and my wife loves it) but I wouldn't go there for the service.... great job, well done!! bob metz More
Took my Civic in for regularly scheduled service including a coolant flush/refill. They didn't hook everything back up right which led to all of my coolant leaking out of my car which led to my car including a coolant flush/refill. They didn't hook everything back up right which led to all of my coolant leaking out of my car which led to my car overheating & cracking the engine block. Service (guy was an a*hole) denied anything they did would have led to coolant leaking out (hello!? coolant drain & refill?!) so they didn't take responsibility & then asked for $1600 to fix the problem. Local garage fixed it for $1100. Would not go back or recommend their service to anybody else. More
Dear Jennifer and Brett, I wanted to write to both of Dear Jennifer and Brett, I wanted to write to both of you and tell you how impressed I am overall with Lehigh Valley Honda. I've never owned a Honda Dear Jennifer and Brett, I wanted to write to both of you and tell you how impressed I am overall with Lehigh Valley Honda. I've never owned a Honda before, but the service I received there is truly better than any other dealership with which I've dealt. Every question was answered in a friendly and timely manner; no request was too bothersome. I was shocked and thrilled when the loaner car we received was another new Honda Pilot! I was expecting to be squeezed into a sedan. Additionally, we are extremely pleased with the paint job on the car and my children are thrilled with the running boards because now getting into/out of the car is not an Olympic event. so, again, thank you for such terrific service. Please share my appreciation with Brian as well. Sincerely, Stacey Slaski More

After purchasing a new 2003 Accord from LVH (in 2003) that had too many major problems to count, I decided to just cut my losses and trade it in for a new 2004 model. Naturally, I purchased the extended that had too many major problems to count, I decided to just cut my losses and trade it in for a new 2004 model. Naturally, I purchased the extended “bumper to bumper” warranty up to 100,000 miles to make sure the past issues would not be repeated at my expense. I was assured that I would be covered up to 100,000 miles on just about any issue that was not related to wear and tear. The warranty given to me by LVH was the “GOLD” package through Ryan Warranty out of Chicago, IL. The Navigation System broke down with 90,000 miles on the car. Lehigh Valley Honda would not fix the Navigation System since they claimed it was a repair not covered under the warranty. LVH quoted the cost of repairs at $4,000. I pleaded with the Service Rep, the Service Manager, and the Sales Manager to honor the warranty they sold me. They did not. Instead, after calling Honda Corporate, LVH offered me a “deal” of $2,000 to fix the unit. Six months later, I decided to go to another Honda dealership over an hour away with whom I had no experience with. This Honda dealership did not sell me the car, nor did it have a relationship with Ryan Warranty. However, 3 weeks later, my car’s Navigation System was completely fixed, COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. All I paid was the $100.00 deductible. The final costs submitted to Ryan Warranty by Honda were a small fraction of the $2,000 “deal” offer by LVH. I value honesty and integrity above all things. Therefore, I will never go near Lehigh Valley Honda again. My business is now with the dealership that treated me like “GOLD” Note: Overall, I was treated professionally. However, an individual at LVH, named in this report, commented “maybe we don’t need your business.” After 15 years, 4 cars, and many dollars spent on upgrades, service, and maintenance, LVH doesn’t have to worry about getting my business again. I have noticed a sharp decline in service quality over the past 2 years or so. More
