I purchased my 2009 Honda Fit @ LHVH in April of last year. I brought it to LHVH for the first oil change because it was free. The Honda dealer near me (J.L. Freed) just moved to a new facility and I have been wavering about wether I should take it there because they are close, or to LHVH because that's where I purchased my car. I decided to take it to LHVH for my first major service. I was not disapointed. I arrived early and they took me right away. I was going to be waiting for the car and Heather told me it would take about two and a half hours. I went to the service waiting area and helped myself to some complimentary coffee and a bagel and cream cheese. I didn't have to worry about getting food and caffeine into my system, LHVH did it for me. My service was done in an hour and a half and my Fit was freshly washed. The service manager went over the service that was performed and the cashier facilitated payment of my services. My shiny orange Fit was waiting for me in the secure enclosure. If only life in general was this simple and pain free. Like Arnold said, "I'll be back!" More
We have been Honda customers since 1989 and will continue to be Honda drivers for as long as we can. The sales staff is wonderful and service staff is just as good. Some other family members and friends have dealt elsewhere and have all sorts of problems, but we have never had a problem with any vehicle that the staff of LV Honda did not resolve immediately! I was pleased the dealership provided good faith warranty work on my Honda. The vehicle was making nioses when backing up and when driving. True story, I was just over to Lehigh Valley Honda for oil change, I pulled into the bay, and stepped inside for a hot, fresh cup of coffee. Mike said "Relax, and enjoy the rest of your coffee, when your'e done, your car will still be ready." Now that is car service we can all enjoy! More

I am always happy with my service and purchases at this dealership. I have bought two new vehicles so far. One for myself and one for my son. I just wish is was not an hour drive for me to get there. My wife and I bought our 2005 Honda Pilot in 2005 from the dealership and decided to give the Service department a try. We've been dealing with Sam who has outstanding customer service! Everytime we have scheduled maintenance, Sam is very accomodating and gets us a loaner car. We are looking for a new car this year, another Honda. Since we were bringing the Pilot up for scheduled maintenance we asked Sam if he could set us up with a 2010 Honda Accord and wholah it's done! This type of customer focus is rarely seen in car dealerships and especially service departments. This is why we are loyal customers of Lehigh Valley Honda. We live over an hour away from the dealership and refuse to go anywhere else to have our Pilot serviced. I totally recommend Lehigh Valley Honda to anyone for both purchasing their new or used vehicle and for keeping their vehicle maintenanced after the purchase. Heck, if you buy the vehicle at Lehigh Valley Honda and have it serviced there, the loaner vehicle is FREE (it's one of the benefits to purchasing)! More
