However, I did have a frustrating experience last week. I received a message on my home answering machine regarding a missed 15,000 mile scheduled maintenance. When I called the dealership back On 3/8/2010 to schedule an appointment I found it very frustrating to navigate thru the menu, which notated extensions for various people (at the time I did not have the name of the person who left me the message). So I left a message for the service manager and never received a phone call back by the end of the week. It just so happened that I needed an oil change so when I was at the dealership on 3/12/2010 I did mention this to the Express Service agent and he said he was sorry. More

All the services and repairs performed by this dealer were handled in a professional and complete manner. All the routine services; e.g.,oil changes, tire rotations, etc. are handled quickly. Went in to have rear wiper motor fixed. Service determined it was a buss box issue and ordered one for delivery the next day. Honday shipped the wrong part so Vinart could not fix the problem as s determined it was a buss box issue and ordered one for delivery the next day. Honday shipped the wrong part so Vinart could not fix the problem as scheduled. They rescheduled the repair for the next week in order to make sure Honda shipped the correct part. Due to the inconvenience, they did not charge for labor to fix the issue and also arranged for a free loaner vehicle. Talk about going above and beyond to assure customer satisfaction! More
