The only issue: they continue to insist on recommending oil changes at 3,500-5,000 miles, while Honda (in a promo mailed to me by LV Honda!) says "follow the maintenance minder" electronic monitor and noti oil changes at 3,500-5,000 miles, while Honda (in a promo mailed to me by LV Honda!) says "follow the maintenance minder" electronic monitor and notification. I bought a Certified Pre-0wned Accord from LV Honda in December 2010. I thought the problem might be covered under the dealer warranty, but since I wasn't sure, I called Dave Chevez, the sales person I worked with when I bought the car. I described the problem to Dave and asked him who I could talk to at the dealership to have the problem corrected. I was very pleasantly surprised when Dave had me bring the car directly to him to have the problem resolved. I dropped the car off with Dave and within a few hours the problem was corrected to my complete satisfaction. Dave even arranged for me to use another car while mine was being repaired. This was a level of service after sale that I think is very hard to find. My thanks to Dave Chevez and whoever else at LV Honda was involved in resolving my problem. More

This dealership has continuously exceeded my expectations over the last 8 years. I bought four new tires two weeks ago, and I was washing my car this weekend. I noticed a screw was in the sidewall of the t over the last 8 years. I bought four new tires two weeks ago, and I was washing my car this weekend. I noticed a screw was in the sidewall of the tire. I took it back to Lehigh Valley Honda, and as a goodwill gesture, they replaced the tire for me at no charge. Everyone that I deal with are professional and experienced. Two Thumbs Up! More
Initially Heather told me that my car would not be ready until 5 pm. When I told her I needed it done between 3 and 4 pm she said no problem and wrote when I needed my car done on my form. I drive a 2009 orange Honda Fit so my visits to LHVH are infrequent. When "Gina" does need a little attention, I don't hesitate to drive an hour in the opposite direction of my local Honda dealer in Lansda infrequent. An overall exceptional customer service experience at Lehigh Valley Honda Service Department. I had a special situation that needed to be addressed with my 2005 Honda Odyssey. I have owned several Honda vehicles since 1986 and have been very happy with Honda quality. After spending a lot of time and money and getting a runaround at my local Honda dealership regarding a vibration and shudder problem that they failed to resolve, I proceeded to get a second opinion from Lehigh Valley Honda service department. I met Brett McCabe during my service appointment and he quickly responded to my concerns and took care of diagnosing the problem with my vehicle. He listened attentively and patiently to my concerns. He thoroughly answered all my questions with the knowledge and expertise that was above and beyond any experience I have ever had with an automobile dealership. He also took it upon himself to find 4 critical engine and transmission software updates the other dealership had disregarded for the past 2 years. This dealership has raised the bar and set a new precedence in excellent customer service. He took care of my vehicle like it was his own. I was not a customer of this dealership and yet he treated me like I was a loyal and repeat customer. Because of my experience and how Brett handled my concerns, I have already recommended my friends and colleagues to this dealership. I have also decided that it is worth driving 1 hour each way for excellent service that is handled properly the first time around. I will definitely by buying my next Honda vehicle and getting service at Vinart. More
I love these guys. I have taken my 1997 Civic to them since I moved into the area in 2009. They may be on the pricier side of things (certainly not unreasonable) but I am willing to pay a little bit more since I moved into the area in 2009. They are very friendly and not pushy about telling the customer what needs to get done to their car, and if you are not knowledgeable on car service and maintenance, they explain it in a way that you can understand. I have even seen a woman call her husband, and the Honda guy was more than happy to explain to him what's going on with the car over the phone. The quality of the work itself is the reason I go there. They know Hondas inside and out, and have gone above and beyond "acceptable" to make sure I know what's happening, and to fix all the necessary problems correctly the first time. Also, the last time I had to get work done, my final price was less than the original estimate, and never has it gone over the original estimate. More
