The exprerss oil change service is very prompt and efficient. Getting an appt. for recaal notice for srs was made in 2 days. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help. Brought our vehicle in for wheel bearings, second time now(supposed to of checked them over a year ago), and again came up with other reasons for noise. Now mind you the issues they said were causing the now(supposed to of checked them over a year ago), and again came up with other reasons for noise. Now mind you the issues they said were causing the noise were in fact true issues but they didn't even look at the bearings which were very bad. Had to take it back agin and made sure they checked the bearings and this time they replaced them and the noise is now gone. But it is the fact that the we had to waste our time running back and forth dropping off and picking up our vehicle which really annoys me and the fact that they didn't even check the bearings the first time. More

I took my 2009 Honda Fit (which I love) in for it's 15,000 mile service. When I pulled up there were about 15-20 cars lined up for service. In what seemed like no time at all my Fit was fit and finished and I was on my way back to Souderton. Satisfied again, I was. More

My Honda Odyssey's transmission broke down and needed to be replaced. My car was not that old or high in mileage, but it was out of warranty. I brought my van to Lehigh Valley Honda and put a claim in wit be replaced. My car was not that old or high in mileage, but it was out of warranty. I brought my van to Lehigh Valley Honda and put a claim in with Honda America. Honda America did not want to help me out without detailed maintenance records. Sam at LVH went to bat for me and they ended replacing my transmission at no cost for me. I have never had any service center do anything like that for me before. I cannot recommend them enough. More
Your customer service was horrible. I had a 5:30 AM appt for saturday and requested it to be done by 9am. I called at 9 and was transferred to a voice mail & I left a msg wanting to know if I could pick up for saturday and requested it to be done by 9am. I called at 9 and was transferred to a voice mail & I left a msg wanting to know if I could pick up my car. An hour later, no call back so I called again. This time I told the receptionist, I didn't want voice mail. She tried the shop several times, no one answered her. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager wouldn't pick up either, so I left a message with the receptionist and she promised me a call back, which I NEVER received. I called back at Noon, was transferred to the cashier. She personally walked to the shop and checked on the status. When she returned to me she told me that my vehicle was next! I couldn't believe what she told me! I would be getting a call by 1:30. 2pm comes around and finally got the call that my car was done. I couldn't believe it. I had plans for saturday that I had to cancel because I had no transportation. This will be the last time I bring my vehicle to your shop for work. A couple of years ago, I had to have my transmission replaced. It was covered 100% under warranty, however when I got my car back, my low gas light indicator no longer worked. I called and was told that it could be repaired for $25. I declined because it wasn't a big issue for me. And now this. This is why dealer service shops have a bad name and why I don't bring my car there for regular service. I want an explanation as to why my car was not fixed till after lunch, when I clearly had an appt for 5:30AM! Thank you, Anna Tscheschlog More
