An overall exceptional customer service experience at Lehigh Valley Honda Service Department. I had a special situation that needed to be addressed with my 2005 Honda Odyssey. I have owned several Honda vehicles since 1986 and have been very happy with Honda quality. After spending a lot of time and money and getting a runaround at my local Honda dealership regarding a vibration and shudder problem that they failed to resolve, I proceeded to get a second opinion from Lehigh Valley Honda service department. I met Brett McCabe during my service appointment and he quickly responded to my concerns and took care of diagnosing the problem with my vehicle. He listened attentively and patiently to my concerns. He thoroughly answered all my questions with the knowledge and expertise that was above and beyond any experience I have ever had with an automobile dealership. He also took it upon himself to find 4 critical engine and transmission software updates the other dealership had disregarded for the past 2 years. This dealership has raised the bar and set a new precedence in excellent customer service. He took care of my vehicle like it was his own. I was not a customer of this dealership and yet he treated me like I was a loyal and repeat customer. Because of my experience and how Brett handled my concerns, I have already recommended my friends and colleagues to this dealership. I have also decided that it is worth driving 1 hour each way for excellent service that is handled properly the first time around. I will definitely by buying my next Honda vehicle and getting service at Vinart. More
I love these guys. I have taken my 1997 Civic to them since I moved into the area in 2009. They may be on the pricier side of things (certainly not unreasonable) but I am willing to pay a little bit more since I moved into the area in 2009. They are very friendly and not pushy about telling the customer what needs to get done to their car, and if you are not knowledgeable on car service and maintenance, they explain it in a way that you can understand. I have even seen a woman call her husband, and the Honda guy was more than happy to explain to him what's going on with the car over the phone. The quality of the work itself is the reason I go there. They know Hondas inside and out, and have gone above and beyond "acceptable" to make sure I know what's happening, and to fix all the necessary problems correctly the first time. Also, the last time I had to get work done, my final price was less than the original estimate, and never has it gone over the original estimate. More
I am pleased that Lehigh Valley Honda's service department has made improvements in making sure the customer is satisfied. As an owner of Accords since '93 with LV, and expressing issues with Andy department has made improvements in making sure the customer is satisfied. As an owner of Accords since '93 with LV, and expressing issues with Andy Wright (VP) several years ago, it appears his efforts to make the Service Dept more responsive to all customers' needs is working. Service consultant Trevor Schappel helped schedule work for a long standing SRS sensor recall for an EX-6 accord. His manner, and everyone in the facility, was very polite and more than happy to help. The service techs solved the SRS problems and PA inspections in record time. This dealership created a very positive feeling. I am sure this type of customer service did not JUST happen....kudos to Andy Wright and all who make this happen. More

I purchased my Honda from this dealer in 2008, the sales experience far exceeded my expectations, they went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. The service department is well above the standards that I have had in the past. I would definately reccomend this dealer for both sales and service. I bought my car from Lehigh Valley Honda and usually go back there for the bulk of my service. There have been occasional times when I've had to go to an independent service station due to the inability of back there for the bulk of my service. There have been occasional times when I've had to go to an independent service station due to the inability of Lehigh Valley Honda to work out a payment option for me for high cost repairs. But in general, I do go to this dealer for all my service needs including all my oil changes. Sammy is usually the service rep I work for when my car is in for emergency repair. The bulk of the time I go to Lehigh Valley Honda Express Service which I absolutely love for my upkeep and maintenance. Everyone I have worked with is friendly and personable. I need to keep my car running till at least 200,000 miles since I travel 100 miles a day and hopefully now that my transmission has been replaced and just this past week my alternator and battery, my Honda will be in good working order for the next couple of years (I hope I hope I hope). I will continue to go back to Lehigh Valley Honda for most of my service needs! More
I brought my 2008 into the shop for service (oil change & tire rotation). I had recieved a letter from Honda asking if I would be interested in trading my car in on a new 2010 Accord. I spoke to Maggie, wh tire rotation). I had recieved a letter from Honda asking if I would be interested in trading my car in on a new 2010 Accord. I spoke to Maggie, who was wonderful & extremely helpful. I showed her the letter and she acted quickly. She explained the program, gathered my information and made me an offer within minutes. I could trade my trade my 2008 Accord with 85,000 miles in for a brand new Accord for only $35 more a month. As I was pressed for time that day, Maggie gave me a credit application and asked me to drop it off the following day. The 3rd day, Maggie had all of the paperwork together. I signed all of the forms and 45 minutes later I drove off the lot with a brand new car. I never had a better experience. It was really quick and non stressful. I would recommend Maggie & the dealership to anyone who will listen. More
