I was treated promptly and with great courtesy. He was exceptional!! Trevor steered me to Express Service when I called to see if I could get my oil changed on short notice. During my visit, it was discovered that my car battery was showing a rather low reading to suggest it should be replaced soon. I was offered that service while I was there, so I decided to go ahead and have the batter replaced. It gave me peace-of-mind to know it would be there for me as these mornings are getting colder, lately. The work did not take long. I was very satisfied in all aspects of my visit. More

I initially thought I might need "B" service but since my tires did not need to be rotated and since I recently had brake service performed the service agent who was very friendly and informativ but since my tires did not need to be rotated and since I recently had brake service performed the service agent who was very friendly and informative advised me to opt for "A" service. The resulting service was performed quickly, efficiently and of course at a lower price. More
Went in and spoke to someone about my 2012 civic. No one knows anything about the 2012 civic there. Werent rude but tried to make it look like i didnt know anything about the car. Id recommend going to another dealership for service unless its an oil change. More
I figured I would give this dealer another try. Just another mistake on my part. I do not know which is worse, the high pressure sales tactics that they tried to use on me when I purchased my car 8 year another mistake on my part. My car failed state inspection for a cracked front engine mount???????? Is this something new????? Then, they charged me for 1.5 hours labor to change the mount, and after they showed me that the mount was cracked and said it would not pass inspection, I was there no more than 1/2 hour. Then they try to " suggest" that I need "service level B" service done , which was rotation of tires and changing of all fluids. I have had this experience with every one of your service techs. They do not bother to ask if any of this work had been done in the past by myself, or someone else, they just look in their computer and figure it has not been done, so they try to rip you off and push this service on you. Why would my tires need to be rotated if all 4 of them measure a 6 and their is no sign of uneven wear??? The last time they said that I needed a new serpentine belt, They did not even bother to look at the vehicle, because the belt had been changed less than a month ago. Stay away from the high pressure tactics of this dealers service dept. More
