They are extremely helpful, efficient and fairly priced. The sales person that sold me the car was not pushy. he listened to my needs and didnt try to sell me something I didnt want. I also feel the same way about the service dept. My past experience with mechanics usually left me feeling robbed. But not here, I fully trust them. I am now a loyal Honda owner! More

I brought my car in on 1/26/11 to be inspected. I left the car there and they were to call me with any costs that would arise. Well, the first call I got, I was told it would cost me $1,000.00 before my c the car there and they were to call me with any costs that would arise. Well, the first call I got, I was told it would cost me $1,000.00 before my car could pass inspection. It needed control arm bushing, serpentine belt and new brake pads. I said I couldn't afford all that and I asked if it all had to be done to pass or could something wait till a later date. I was told "no", it all had to be done to pass. I said I'd call back with an answer. Well, after about 20 minutes, they called me back and said I could just get the brake pads done and it would cost about $500.00. I became suspicious of their estimates and after a while I was then told they could do the brakes for 1/2 the price. Well, after seeing how many times they changed, I knew they were making up the rules as they went on. I decided to go somewhere else with my car, but when I picked it up I was told it passed the emissions test. When I brought it to another mechanic, I noticed there was no "passed" sticker for the emissions test. When my new mechanic looked it up on the internet it didn't even show the test was performed. So I called Honda and I was told they probably didn't do the test and just said they did that's why there was no sticker. THEY OUTRIGHT LIED TO ME! My new mechanic also showed me the test he did on my brake pads and said they didn't even need to be replaced, I didn't need a new control arm bushing or serpentine belt. I was very discouraged by all the lies they had been telling me. I have been going to Lehigh Honda for about 5 years now and I will never go back. I always trusted them so much. I then spoke to the Manager, Brett McCabe about the whole situation and he said he needed to look into the matter and get back to me the next day. Well, he NEVER got back to me. Now I wonder if they lied to me the first time I went there 5 years ago. They told me then I needed new brakes because mine were "after market" brakes. Well, I bought the car brand new from a Honda dealer in New Jersey, so I didn't understand why that would happen. Now I know how, Lehigh Honda must have lied to me back then. More
The only issue: they continue to insist on recommending oil changes at 3,500-5,000 miles, while Honda (in a promo mailed to me by LV Honda!) says "follow the maintenance minder" electronic monitor and noti oil changes at 3,500-5,000 miles, while Honda (in a promo mailed to me by LV Honda!) says "follow the maintenance minder" electronic monitor and notification. LV Honda give no explanation why -- they just throw it to the customer to figure it out. Go figure, indeed! Honda and its dealers need to get on the same page with this one. More
I bought a Certified Pre-0wned Accord from LV Honda in December 2010. I am extremely pleased with the purchase experience and the car, but I recently noticed a worrisome non-mechanical problem with the ca December 2010. I am extremely pleased with the purchase experience and the car, but I recently noticed a worrisome non-mechanical problem with the car. I thought the problem might be covered under the dealer warranty, but since I wasn't sure, I called Dave Chevez, the sales person I worked with when I bought the car. I described the problem to Dave and asked him who I could talk to at the dealership to have the problem corrected. I was very pleasantly surprised when Dave had me bring the car directly to him to have the problem resolved. I dropped the car off with Dave and within a few hours the problem was corrected to my complete satisfaction. Dave even arranged for me to use another car while mine was being repaired. This was a level of service after sale that I think is very hard to find. My thanks to Dave Chevez and whoever else at LV Honda was involved in resolving my problem. More

This dealership has continuously exceeded my expectations over the last 8 years. I bought four new tires two weeks ago, and I was washing my car this weekend. I took it back to Lehigh Valley Honda, and as a goodwill gesture, they replaced the tire for me at no charge. Everyone that I deal with are professional and experienced. Two Thumbs Up! More
Initially Heather told me that my car would not be ready until 5 pm. When I told her I needed it done between 3 and 4 pm she said no problem and wrote when I needed my car done on my form. My car was not re until 5 pm. When I told her I needed it done between 3 and 4 pm she said no problem and wrote when I needed my car done on my form. My car was not ready until closing time at 5 pm. This was quite frustrating when I was told my car would be finished between 3 and 4 pm. More
We are always so satisfied with the work done by all of the staff at Lehigh Valley Honda that we choose to make the one-way drive of over an hour from our home, just to give ourselves peace of mind that we the staff at Lehigh Valley Honda that we choose to make the one-way drive of over an hour from our home, just to give ourselves peace of mind that we can trust that our Pilot is in good hands. We also can trust that we won't be handed faulty information or encouraged to spend money we don't have on work we don't need. We are always presented with the facts, clearly, and in advance, before any major work is done, which is greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, we are never home when the dealership calls to ask these questions in person, so I do appreciate the ability to submit the evaluation online! More
I drive a 2009 orange Honda Fit so my visits to LHVH are infrequent. When "Gina" does need a little attention, I don't hesitate to drive an hour in the opposite direction of my local Honda dealer in Lansda infrequent. When "Gina" does need a little attention, I don't hesitate to drive an hour in the opposite direction of my local Honda dealer in Lansdale because, I know that I and my "Gina" will be taken care of (the right way) at LHVH's service department. Thanks again Sam for the great service and sorry Maggie but I can't buy a new Honda as I love my "Gina" way to much to let her go. More
