I have put 50,000 uneventful miles on my Odyssey in 2 years. The service provided by Lehigh Valley Honda gives me confidence that the van will continue to perform well over the foreseeable future. I called short notice on a Thursday to inform the service dept. that my car wouldn't start on an occasion the day before. Since I use my car for business,(I am a visiting nurse) I really needed the car check dept. that my car wouldn't start on an occasion the day before. Since I use my car for business,(I am a visiting nurse) I really needed the car checked out as soon as possible. I was told to bring the car right in. In less than two hours, they worked on the problem and had me on my way. Over the weekend, however, it started acting up again. I called on Monday and was told to bring it in again, no arguments or contradictions. This time, they found an unrelated problem that was coincidental. Again, they fixed it in less than an hour. The car runs great. I have over 150,000 miles on it. I bought the car there, and have always had it serviced there. They are very caring and do not try to do anything "extra" just to make more money like some service dept. do. Being a woman, that's important to me. I will buy my next car there and have it serviced there, that's for sure. This is the first car I've owned that has not been a major headache, and I thank the service team for that. More
I came in for an oil change and then asked about my brakes, just to check since I had 42,000 on the car and still the original brakes. I sat down, read two pages of my book, and the car was ready. I left my house at 2:13pm that afternoon in Bethlehem, and was leaving the dealership at 2:53pm a happy customer. Rich took his car to have the oil changed in the "Quick Service" bay. Rich told Tony about a rotten smell that was coming from around his grill. Rich remembered that he had hit a bird a few weeks ago. Tony had them checked for the bird when they changed the oil but they could not find it. So, Tony sent him up to detail to have them wash the grill, etc. Shaun in Detail put the car up on a lift and found the bird. It was really hard to see it. He cleaned it out and sprayed. That was excellent service by both areas. We always get great service. More

LV Honda inspected the car and replaced a seat heater switch back light. This service was fine, all was done as expected. I also asked to check my drivers seat. I could feel it move from side to side whe switch back light. This service was fine, all was done as expected. I also asked to check my drivers seat. I could feel it move from side to side when cornering. I drive an Odyssey so I'm not cornering hard. They could feel the movement in the seat but said they thought it was normal for an electric seat to have this. They also stated that Honda does not have any write ups on a loose seat. They tried to convince me there needs to be some play so the motors don't bind up. Although I agree there needs to be some play, I don't think this is normal. The seat did not do this from new, this only started in the last 6 months. I travel as part of my job and have driven 60 to 70 different cars with electric adjustable seats, as well as owning 4 other cars with this type of seat. I have never felt this type of movement in any other seat. This is another example of a car dealer and car company not standing behind there product. instead of admitting there is something wrong with the seat and replacing it they try to convince you it's normal. I had a similar experience with the brakes on this vehicle. More
