We have had nothing but great service over the past 3 yrs. I have no problem driving from Easton to Allentown to get a simple oil change. Recall work was done in a timely manner and the wait time was less than the time they said it would take. "Waiting room" is comfortable and very accommodating. We will purchase again from LV Honda. I purchased my car in 2008 from Lehigh Valley Honda. I live aproximately two and a half hours away from the dealership and it's worth the drive. Came in for a oil change and maintenance work, lucky to be the only one in the bay. I was greeted quickly and they got right to work on my car. I was out of there in less than 20 minutes...I was actual be the only one in the bay. I was greeted quickly and they got right to work on my car. I was out of there in less than 20 minutes...I was actually shocked. The experience was wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better start to my day. The only drawback was my misunderstanding that my "coupons" paid for my maintenance. I know now they only give me a discount and the price I paid was a bargain considering all they did, so I'm not complaining. I was just a bit surprised that there was a charge. But like I said, I know now and it will not deter me from returning. I trust they will do the best for my vehicle and their friendly service makes it worth the drive. More

I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service I received. I normally used Piazza of Pottstown, but could never seem to get the recalls done.
