I purchased my Honda from this dealer in 2008, the sales experience far exceeded my expectations, they went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. I have had my car to the dealer a couple of times, experience far exceeded my expectations, they went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. I have had my car to the dealer a couple of times, other than standard service. I find the express service to be outstanding. The service department is well above the standards that I have had in the past. I would definately reccomend this dealer for both sales and service. I drive an hour to get there and will continue to do so. More
I bought my car from Lehigh Valley Honda and usually go back there for the bulk of my service. There have been occasional times when I've had to go to an independent service station due to the inability of back there for the bulk of my service. There have been occasional times when I've had to go to an independent service station due to the inability of Lehigh Valley Honda to work out a payment option for me for high cost repairs. But in general, I do go to this dealer for all my service needs including all my oil changes. Sammy is usually the service rep I work for when my car is in for emergency repair. The bulk of the time I go to Lehigh Valley Honda Express Service which I absolutely love for my upkeep and maintenance. Everyone I have worked with is friendly and personable. I need to keep my car running till at least 200,000 miles since I travel 100 miles a day and hopefully now that my transmission has been replaced and just this past week my alternator and battery, my Honda will be in good working order for the next couple of years (I hope I hope I hope). I will continue to go back to Lehigh Valley Honda for most of my service needs! More
I brought my 2008 into the shop for service (oil change & tire rotation). I had recieved a letter from Honda asking if I would be interested in trading my car in on a new 2010 Accord. I spoke to Maggie, wh tire rotation). I had recieved a letter from Honda asking if I would be interested in trading my car in on a new 2010 Accord. I spoke to Maggie, who was wonderful & extremely helpful. I showed her the letter and she acted quickly. She explained the program, gathered my information and made me an offer within minutes. I could trade my trade my 2008 Accord with 85,000 miles in for a brand new Accord for only $35 more a month. As I was pressed for time that day, Maggie gave me a credit application and asked me to drop it off the following day. The 3rd day, Maggie had all of the paperwork together. I signed all of the forms and 45 minutes later I drove off the lot with a brand new car. I never had a better experience. It was really quick and non stressful. I would recommend Maggie & the dealership to anyone who will listen. More

I went in and got my car or emissions and inspection done. It was completed a lot quicker than estimated and cleaned which was good, however when i got back in my car the antenna was not reattached to t done. Then later i noticed the insides of all the windows were dirty, like someone had tried to wash them with dirty water. Then when arriving home, I found my insurance information and registration on the passenger seat under a sweat shirt i had left i the car. I know that these were needed and were taken out of the glove compartment, but I do wish they were put back. If I was to get pulled over I would not have looked for them there,thiswould have caused major problems. More

ALWAYS A JOY TO WORK WITH YOU FOLKS. This time I had my 85 & 89 year old parents with me. Love; knowing the cost for a service before I arrive clean, beautiful and comfortable waiting area 85 & 89 year old parents with me. Love; knowing the cost for a service before I arrive clean, beautiful and comfortable waiting area fast service van taking us to the South Mall to pass the time for the long service car wash I no longer go to STS for service because of their smokey, dirty waiting area and the grease that was on the inside of my car after service. They aren't 1 mile from our home but the convenience can't make up for all that you provide by making this chore pleasant. Thanks so much, Karen More
