I would recommend a better way too write up a pre service inspection on vehicles for service as well a post service inspection. More

I have not had the best luck with this pilot. We purchased it used. The windshield had a crack so I asked for a new one. An new one was installed. I have had nothing but trouble with a loud noise purchased it used. The windshield had a crack so I asked for a new one. An new one was installed. I have had nothing but trouble with a loud noise coming from it.Did not get it repaired right a way it was not constant but You could hear it over the radio, also a leak from the windshield onto my feet, eventually Vinart fixed it so I thought. I recently brought it back April 6, 2011 again and I still have the vibration and the noise I actually noticed it driving back home. A year ago or less I had trouble with my stearing and it seemed that my brakes where not working and I could lose control, I drove it to Vinart and was told I had carbon and other things in my engine. There had been a recall But failed to tell me I was told It wasn't every car but mine was. Brett did give me some money back onto an account. I really love the pilot but am concerned on the service of this vehicle. I also had some difficulty with stickers not put on my car after and oil change and on April 6ths oil change the wrong mileage was put down incorrectly on the paper off by about 400,000 and the sticker was completley wrong. I have addressed that with them. They are In the process of sending out correct paper and sticker. I also found personal information in the rental car with very confidential information in it and Called Brett to make him aware I handed it to the porter that returned my car for me. Made me aware that could of been my personal stuff and someone would have access to my social security numbers. I work in security for a living. I am disappointed in all the problems I am having back and forth for the same problems. I was told to go to the glass place myself and have it done by Trevor. No, I said that I needed a rental and this should have been taken care of. I have suggested to Brett to have a collison shop near my home take a look at it and see if they could repair or put a new windshield in. He said look into it but I am leary because if its a repair and have someone else looks at it and if its not fixed more problems unless a new one is the answer I am not sure but also do not have time for this. Any help would be appreciated. More
This is the first Honda I have ever owned. After dealing with the Lehigh Valley Honda dealership, I will only buy and have my vehicle seviced there. They are extremely helpful, efficient and fairly priced. The sales person that sold me the car was not pushy. he listened to my needs and didnt try to sell me something I didnt want. I also feel the same way about the service dept. My past experience with mechanics usually left me feeling robbed. But not here, I fully trust them. I am now a loyal Honda owner! More

I brought my car in on 1/26/11 to be inspected. I left the car there and they were to call me with any costs that would arise. Well, the first call I got, I was told it would cost me $1,000.00 before my c the car there and they were to call me with any costs that would arise. Well, the first call I got, I was told it would cost me $1,000.00 before my car could pass inspection. It needed control arm bushing, serpentine belt and new brake pads. I said I couldn't afford all that and I asked if it all had to be done to pass or could something wait till a later date. I was told "no", it all had to be done to pass. I said I'd call back with an answer. Well, after about 20 minutes, they called me back and said I could just get the brake pads done and it would cost about $500.00. I became suspicious of their estimates and after a while I was then told they could do the brakes for 1/2 the price. Well, after seeing how many times they changed, I knew they were making up the rules as they went on. I decided to go somewhere else with my car, but when I picked it up I was told it passed the emissions test. When I brought it to another mechanic, I noticed there was no "passed" sticker for the emissions test. When my new mechanic looked it up on the internet it didn't even show the test was performed. So I called Honda and I was told they probably didn't do the test and just said they did that's why there was no sticker. THEY OUTRIGHT LIED TO ME! My new mechanic also showed me the test he did on my brake pads and said they didn't even need to be replaced, I didn't need a new control arm bushing or serpentine belt. I was very discouraged by all the lies they had been telling me. I have been going to Lehigh Honda for about 5 years now and I will never go back. I always trusted them so much. I then spoke to the Manager, Brett McCabe about the whole situation and he said he needed to look into the matter and get back to me the next day. Well, he NEVER got back to me. Now I wonder if they lied to me the first time I went there 5 years ago. They told me then I needed new brakes because mine were "after market" brakes. Well, I bought the car brand new from a Honda dealer in New Jersey, so I didn't understand why that would happen. Now I know how, Lehigh Honda must have lied to me back then. More
The only issue: they continue to insist on recommending oil changes at 3,500-5,000 miles, while Honda (in a promo mailed to me by LV Honda!) says "follow the maintenance minder" electronic monitor and noti oil changes at 3,500-5,000 miles, while Honda (in a promo mailed to me by LV Honda!) says "follow the maintenance minder" electronic monitor and notification. LV Honda give no explanation why -- they just throw it to the customer to figure it out. Go figure, indeed! Honda and its dealers need to get on the same page with this one. More
I bought a Certified Pre-0wned Accord from LV Honda in December 2010. I am extremely pleased with the purchase experience and the car, but I recently noticed a worrisome non-mechanical problem with the ca December 2010. I am extremely pleased with the purchase experience and the car, but I recently noticed a worrisome non-mechanical problem with the car. I thought the problem might be covered under the dealer warranty, but since I wasn't sure, I called Dave Chevez, the sales person I worked with when I bought the car. I described the problem to Dave and asked him who I could talk to at the dealership to have the problem corrected. I was very pleasantly surprised when Dave had me bring the car directly to him to have the problem resolved. I dropped the car off with Dave and within a few hours the problem was corrected to my complete satisfaction. Dave even arranged for me to use another car while mine was being repaired. This was a level of service after sale that I think is very hard to find. My thanks to Dave Chevez and whoever else at LV Honda was involved in resolving my problem. More
