Went for my 2nd oil change and 1st inspection. They got me in with no hassles (even though i forgot and waited til last minute to get the inspection done). I also needed clips for my bumper but had just a me in with no hassles (even though i forgot and waited til last minute to get the inspection done). I also needed clips for my bumper but had just asked to purchase them since i didn't want to pay to have them put on... well a nice surprise - they popped them on there for me free of charge... it's little things like that which make a great dealership stand out. oh, and my car was nice and clean on the outside too - bonus :-) More

Since I purchased the 2011 Honda CRV (from another dealer) L.V. Honda has serviced this vehicle since it was purchaded. LVH did the first inspection (purchased out of State). Trevor has been Extreme dealer) L.V. Honda has serviced this vehicle since it was purchaded. LVH did the first inspection (purchased out of State). Trevor has been Extremely helpfull, and Extremely pleasant to deal with. I have always given a rating of 100% so far. The Honda has had every service required since new (13 miles) on the odometer. Yes, getting service done at any dealer is always more expensive than smaller and more general garages in the short term, but the way I see it they're experts in your type of car and have all the right to expensive than smaller and more general garages in the short term, but the way I see it they're experts in your type of car and have all the right tools on hand, so in the long term probably saves money and definitely time, plus you cant put a price tag on peace of mind. Bought my 05 Accord in Virginia in 2005, but moved to PA soon after. Have been doing all my service stops at Lehigh Valley Honda since (at first because I lived close, but after moving, just because I like them). The car has been running like clockwork and literally not given me a single problem since then. Obviously most of this is because Hondas are such well made, modular and quality cars, but part must also speak to the competency and preventative work of the service staff at LVH. The service staff are always pleasant, and stick to the timelines they give you. There were two occaisons where they found a problem that required somewhat expensive replacement parts. Both times they called me on my cell before doing anything, quoted parts and labor (which they stuck to when time came to pay), were professional and not pushy on the phone explaining the problem clearly and told me that the problem was not critical and that they absolutely didnt have to fix it right away (giving me a window to get a second opinion elsewhere or do it myself). In both cases I asked for a little time to make the call, and then fired up Google, which showed the problems they reported were legit and plausible at my mileage, and that those spare parts prices (after delivery) were only a little cheaper (10-20%) to buy online than what LVH had quoted me, so I pulled the trigger and let the experts do it, choosing time plus peace of mind over saving 50 bucks. After 7 years I've never pulled out of a service stop at LVH with any problems, complaints or even concerns (other than a lighter wallet), making me a happy customer. More

I've had my Honda Pilot for almost 2 years and I love it! I just had my 30,00 mile service and when Sam saw that my key was on a keychain from another dealer (Chevy) he replaced it with a Honda keychain! My husband and I went to multiple Honda dealers in the ABE/Phillipsburg/Clinton area and every one of them was awful. Not knowing how to put the rear seat down, badmouthing the other Honda dealers, trying to sell us what was on their lot instead of the vehicle we wanted, refusing to budge on price are just a few of the things we encountered before coming to LV Honda. The Sales Manager met us at the door and turned us over to a very competent sales person. We got the exact vehicle we wanted and the salesman came in on his day off so that we could take delivery before Thanksgiving. If only Honda made an AWD or 4WD van! We had to purchase our newest vehicle from another manufacturer because we needed the space of a van but need to have AWD/4WD where we live. I recommended LV Honda to friends and they bought a CRV from you last month! More
