I first took my car for service in December on 2012 for what is referred to as "service D". I received a call from the service manager, who clearly called the wrong number about repairs to a vehicle that w what is referred to as "service D". While I understand mistakes happen, I did not receive a call about an estimate on my car. $600.00 later, I was stuck with a bill that I could not afford at the time, and was not aware such a service would be so expensive. I paid my bill, and went on my not so merry way. A couple weeks later, I started to hear a strange scraping sound coming from the rear passenger's side after my initial service. Naturally, I called LVH to have this checked out, because I just had service performed on my car. The service manager told me to bring my vehicle in and he would personally take a look at it. By the time my appointment rolled around, the noise went away. The service manager took a quick glance at it, and told me that it probably wasn't anything to be concerned about. The noise returned a couple weeks later, yet again my car was returned to the shop. The service manager instructed a mechanic shave down one of rotors because he suspected that there might be a rust build up. The problem was temporarily fixed. The scraping noise has since returned, and it's and louder and more constant. I called LVH to convey my dissatisfaction with the service and asked to make another appointment. I was told to bring my car into the shop after the weekend, and that would more than likely need to have my rotors replaced. My rotors were supposed to be inspected when my vehicle received "Service D". How is it that I took my vehicle in for service on 3 occasions, and this problem was not discovered? I am incredibly unhappy with the service I have received at Lehigh Valley Honda's service shop, and will no longer take my vehicle there. More
Chose to start using this dealership when my car hit 70,000mi. At that time Sam was great. Lots of repairs were necessary but I was very pleased with the work. This follow up for 80, 000mi. was another 70,000mi. At that time Sam was great. Lots of repairs were necessary but I was very pleased with the work. This follow up for 80, 000mi. was another good experience, thanks to Kevin. I was told dlrship. is costlier than my private garage. However' I depend on these fellows to keep my car in tip top Honda condition. So far, they have not disappointed. Maybe next year I will be able trade-in for new!!!!! I have been exclusively using Honda Service to work on my Honda Odyssey(s) for years now. I keep coming back because the quality of the service and the experience is exceptional! They have a nice waiting area with complimentary coffee, tea, snacks available. Free Wifi and televisions are present as well. Some seats have mini-desk pull outs. I used this option last time to make valentines cards while waiting. Employees are knowledgable, friendly and do their best to get the work done in the time stated. Lately, our odyssey has been washed when I come get it, that is so nice!! For longer maintenance, I use a dealer car to take home and pick our car up later. It's free for us, b/c we bought the 7 yr. extended warranty option and purchased the car at their dealership. It's a great option since we live in Bath, nearly 1/2 hr. away. The loaner cars are always nice and clean with a full tank of gas--Honda Pilots to Honda accords. It's fun to drive different cars once in a while, and it's a great way to see if a different model interests you. I keep coming back because of the service, and they do keep improving on it as well! I have always been treated promptly and with professionalism from the staff in the service dept. The waiting area is very comfortable with the tv's, wifi, and coffee and bagels. Came in for a check engine light on and vehicle stability light on. The tires were to be rotated also. Engine diagnostic was ok. The price of one spark plug was very high. 27 dollars. I was told the lug nut light on. The tires were to be rotated also. Engine diagnostic was ok. The price of one spark plug was very high. 27 dollars. I was told the lug nut on the right front wheel was on too tight and would not be removed for fear of breaking the stud. The rotating was not done. The problem is that now the car would need a tow if it had a flat tire. I got the wheel lug fixed that day at a service center near home. Nothing was broken. As it is a 70 mile trip to LVH I will not come back since the work performed is no better than I can get closer except for recall work. Until now I felt the drive to LVH was worth it. More

We took our new car in for service and needed a new transmission and they replace the battery. Jennifer from sales was very nice as was Willie. Kevin from the service department was also very nice.
