The guys at LVH always take care of me and my Accord. They know how important my Honda is for my business and always recommend what should be serviced for my safety and car performance. Came in for a check engine light on and vehicle stability light on. The tires were to be rotated also. Engine diagnostic was ok. The price of one spark plug was very high. 27 dollars. I was told the lug nut light on. The tires were to be rotated also. Engine diagnostic was ok. The price of one spark plug was very high. 27 dollars. I was told the lug nut on the right front wheel was on too tight and would not be removed for fear of breaking the stud. The rotating was not done. The problem is that now the car would need a tow if it had a flat tire. I got the wheel lug fixed that day at a service center near home. Nothing was broken. As it is a 70 mile trip to LVH I will not come back since the work performed is no better than I can get closer except for recall work. Until now I felt the drive to LVH was worth it. More

We took our new car in for service and needed a new transmission and they replace the battery. Jennifer from sales was very nice as was Willie. Kevin from the service department was also very nice. I was very disappointed that when I picked my car up it was dirty. I expected the inside and the outside to look that it new again More
Car was purchased from this dealer. I received free inspection offer, and reasonable oil change price. Service was performed quickly while I waited. The only issue was that I was charged for an oil change, when I had received 7 free oil changes on my account as part of a warranty deal. When we phoned the dealership about this decrepency, they had no iss when I had received 7 free oil changes on my account as part of a warranty deal. When we phoned the dealership about this decrepency, they had no issue and reinstated my 7 oil changes. The other issue was that I requested that the key be locked inside the vehicle since I had paid beforehand over the phone and was going to pick it up after service hours. Luckily we stopped in during service hours because the key was not in the car but left at the cashier's desk. A minor inconvenience but not an overall terrible experience, hence the 4 rating. More
The majority of the cars I have purchased over the past years have been from Lehigh Valley Honda. The main reason for this is the Service Department, and Bill Nixon in particular. Bill (and other personn years have been from Lehigh Valley Honda. The main reason for this is the Service Department, and Bill Nixon in particular. Bill (and other personnel I have dealt with in the service department) always make me feel as if I am the only customer, and treat me like they are working on their personal car. While I have not been completely satisfied with the used car dealership next door, I will continue to buy all of my new cars from Lehigh Valley Honda, and bring all my cars here for service. More
Let me preface my complaint by saying that Lehigh Valley Honda's performance is generally exceptional. The prices are as reasonable as they can be for service and repair, and the customer service goes above Honda's performance is generally exceptional. The prices are as reasonable as they can be for service and repair, and the customer service goes above and beyond. My last visit is an unfortunate blemish in what I previously perceived as good service. I am not a wealthy man by any means, and I live a fairly modest lifestyle. I don't buy things I can't afford... and let me be frank by saying I could not afford my recent service. I was given no warning of of the high price tag of Service D, and had no choice but to pay the more than $500.00 bill as the service had been performed. I don't often belly ache about the cost of car maintenance. I understand that quality service costs money, but a phone call warning of impending near financial ruin would be appreciated. To his credit, my service representative, Trevor Schappel did what he could to help me out. He knocked $75.00 off of my final bill and was sympathetic to my dilemma. This was a very disappointing visit, and unfortunately I will be looking for a new garage once my warranty expires. More
Since I purchased my first Honda there (CRV) I always experience good service from Lehigh Valley Honda. As testiment to good service (as well as well engineered cars), my CRV had 279,000+ miles on it bef experience good service from Lehigh Valley Honda. As testiment to good service (as well as well engineered cars), my CRV had 279,000+ miles on it before I traded it in and my 2008 Civc Ex is just 400 miles away from reaching 100,000 miles. The people at the dealership are always courteous and helpful and the service itself is excellent. More
