I like the convenience and hospitality of LV Honda. Went for express oil service. Told the employee I would be sitting in the dealership waiting. No one ever came to get me. I waited over an hour and 1/2 before one of the other people waiting told me it sho be sitting in the dealership waiting. No one ever came to get me. I waited over an hour and 1/2 before one of the other people waiting told me it shouldn't be taking that long. I went over and told the employee that I had been waiting. He said he was swamped. There has got to be a better way to do business. Why go 1/2 hour away for service when I get nothing out of it. I'm thinking about not going back. More

Trevor listened to my situation with respect and courtesy and together we came up with a plan for analysis. I felt the cost and outcome after repairs was reasonable overall, just the hourly cost per item seemed longer than necessary. I left feeling like I received great customer service and the confidence that my 2002 Accord would continue to serve me well. More

He was exceptional!! Trevor steered me to Express Service when I called to see if I could get my oil changed on short notice. During my visit, it was discovered that my car battery was showing a rather low reading to suggest it should be replaced soon. I was offered that service while I was there, so I decided to go ahead and have the batter replaced. It gave me peace-of-mind to know it would be there for me as these mornings are getting colder, lately. The work did not take long. I was very satisfied in all aspects of my visit. More
