I brought my car in for "A" service as called for by the maintenance minder on my Honda Insight and a number of other services, ones not called for by the car's manual at that service level, were for by the maintenance minder on my Honda Insight and a number of other services, ones not called for by the car's manual at that service level, were performed on the car. Additionally, I brought my car in for a "Free" State Inspection but was still charged for a number of inspection items as part of the maintenance that was performed on my car. I brought these concerns to Kevin Wagner, Service Manager, after he contacted me regarding my service at LV Honda almost two weeks ago now, but never got a reply. More
The second time I have been disappointed with the shuttle service. It's very important to me (it's an important reason I go to LV Honda) and only about 3 miles from work. Car was done at 10 AM. Shuttle driver said service rep never told him it was done. Last time the car was done at 12 PM, and pick up was not until 5 PM. You need a better internal system. More
The BEST thing about this dealership is the waiting area for service. I really appreciate the business center, which is separate from the regular waiting area, the children's play area, which is also separ for service. When my mechanic went out of business I took my car back to Vinart for the free inspection, while expecting to pay through the nose for the emissions. My experience as a whole was fantastic, the price was incredibly low in my estimation, and nobody pressured me to do any more services than what I asked for. They were well under their estimate for how long it would take, too, which was a bonus. The service manager in particular was very friendly, and explained everything in layman's terms, which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back again in the future. More
