My experience with Lehigh Valley Honda has always been very positive. My last visit was to service my 2001 Accord which was having engine issues. My service advisor Bill gave me reasonable and realistic options for repair, which could have been costly. Without any pressure, I was given plenty of time to consider what to do. After weighing my options, I decided to look into buying a new Honda. I asked Bill to refer me to sales and that is when I had the pleasure of meeting my sales advisor Tito. In a relaxed, congenial, and respectful manner, Tito helped guide me to my purchase of a new 2012 Honda Civic. My purchasing experience, which included a fine and knowledgeable interaction with my vehicle finance advisor, was stellar. I very much appreciated the friendly, courteous, and professional service I received. Thank you, Tito, Bill, and your team, at Lehigh Valley Honda. Great job! More

Every time i bring my car in for service, everyone listens with respect to what I say. They always explain what is being done and why. I am happy to sit in the waiting area - for as long as four hours - because WiFi is available I can continue to work or entertain myself as necessary. More

I went in for a 30,000 check (which was expensive). To top it off, they rotated my tires and put them on backwards. I dropped my 2012 CRV off for a warranty repair and oil change. Upon arrival Willie helped me get to the correct entry for the repair to be made. He and Willie were very friendly and need to be praised for their accomodating attitude. Willie also showed my wife and i the new 2013 Accord. I came is for an inspection and ended up with a $600 bill and >2 hours of work. On the positive side, the price quote and time to complete the service were accurate and the work (a week later) seems to be h and >2 hours of work. On the negative side, the representative used a great deal of jargon when explaining what needed to be done and did not express any remorse of the increased time or expense. So while the quality of the work was good, I feel that the interaction could have been handled better. More
