Sam was fantastic. My wife was really impressed. And they had a coupon for 10% off. She has had all of the service on her 06 Pilot done there and won't consider any other shop. We purchased the car there and when the time comes, we will purchase another Honda there. You may pay a little more than a mom and pop service shop but in the long run, you are much better off with factory trained service techs and genuine Honda parts. We've bought the Pilot new in06 and haven't had any repairs done to the vehicle other than regularly scheduled service. Great SUV, great service. More

I look into all the possible needs for that mileage/age of necessary service. So, I come prepared. I like that I can use couplons for service. It helps a little. More

I originally came for a recall and oil change. That was done in a very timely manner. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. I brought my sneakers and had a walk while they worked and even the employees done in a very timely manner. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. I brought my sneakers and had a walk while they worked and even the employees I met in the lot had a smile and "Good morning" for me! (I might add that it was very hot that day and they could have been grumpy but were not) The car was checked over well and Trevor explained some other things going on. Some general things like filters that could wait 'til another time but the bushings were torn which could be a safety problem. I had plans to have it inspected at another shop that day but was not aware that it wouldn't pass. The cost involved to do this was a little more than I was prepared for that day so Trevor set me up for an appointment two days later (on pay day). When I returned for the work a couple of days later I couldn't stay and left the car because my husband is ill. They made sure the work was done as quickly as possible and called right away so I wouldn't have to worry about it. From what I read in other reviews the cost to do the bushings was quite fair compared to others shops I'd read about. The inspection was done free for me. I only had to pay for the emissions.
