Don't get me wrong. I love my Honda, and wouldn't go anywhere but Lehigh Valley Honda, but this time, it took way too long… I had to wait there 3 hours to get my car inspected and get my 15,000 servi go anywhere but Lehigh Valley Honda, but this time, it took way too long… I had to wait there 3 hours to get my car inspected and get my 15,000 service on a basically NEW car (2013 Accord). I had a couple issues that were not resolved, and was told that they weren't issues, or they just didn't know WHY it was happening. Well, they ARE issues to me, and I would still like them fixed, but I wasn't about to wait another 3 hours. I'll deal with it another time. When I asked about something else on the sales floor, I was asked who my salesperson was. I didn't want to deal with my sales person, because he never really wanted to deal with me the first time I was there to buy my car. Three times he either hurried me out or told me he had another customer coming so he had someone else assist me. Wasn't I his customer? And I was a sure thing! I knew what I wanted, I just wanted it ordered, and I didn't even TRY to haggle over price. I'll never deal with him again. More

I absolutely love coming here to get my car work done. I prefer factory parts over Advanced Auto or Auto Zone. The factory parts are cheaper and last a hell of a lot longer. I was quoted at $210 and paid $214. At Jack Williams for the same tire, I would have paid $275 and they would have put the new tires on the back of the car, instead of on the front where they belong. I've never had an issue bringing my car to this dealership, they go out of their way to satisfy the customer. I have been looking at new cars, but am not pressured into buying anything new. I love that about them too. Every place else I go on the auto mile harasses the hell out of me and they wonder why I want to buy another Honda. It might be a foreign car, but at least it runs forever and it's worth the price you pay and their EPA estimates are accurate. More

I am writing this review because my experience was so wonderful and positive that I need to share it. Recently, I purchased a 2006 Honda for my 21 year old for a great price. I live in New Jersey but m wonderful and positive that I need to share it. Recently, I purchased a 2006 Honda for my 21 year old for a great price. I live in New Jersey but my brother who lives in PA suggested we visit a couple of lots in PA for comparison. We went to one other dealer before purchasing a vehicle from Vinart Honda. The salespeople were wonderful, not pushy, knowledgeable and the used car selection was good. After a test drive and my brothers ok, I made a decision to buy. I filled out the paperwork on a Saturday and on Tuesday I drove down to pickup the car. Mark Perkins, my salesperson, was very thorough and nice which brings me to the reason Mr. Perkins and this lot is amazing!! Shortly thereafter the car had mechanical problems and when I called Mark Perkins he immediately called me back, spoke with his manager and told me to have the car towed to their service station. The problem turned out to be a manufacturer's defect and Vinart got the car repaired and back to me within 48 hours at NO CHARGE!! This readers is unheard of these days and even my mechanic was impressed and surprised. I highly recommend Vinart and their service center and I will definitely be back to purchase my next vehicle. More

I have been to this dealer many a times, and always have had good experiences, especially the Service Advisor Sam Azar , he goes way above and beyond his reach to help. i have always serviced my Honda Pilot had good experiences, especially the Service Advisor Sam Azar , he goes way above and beyond his reach to help. i have always serviced my Honda Pilot 04, and sam has taken good care of it too. Sam has an excellent knowledge of what is required and how it could be fixed. i used to also service my MDX with Sam. But no more as i sold it. i 100% recommend this dealer and also the service advisor for any services that need done. also they take good care of the vehicle too and suggest future services too.
