I have been leasing my Honda Civic for a year now, and I recently took the car in for its 12-month/15k mile service. All staff members are friendly and courteous. Service took a few hours, but that matched the estimate given over the phone when I made the service appointment. I bought my car here, and I appreciated that they did not use a hard-sell technique. My salesman worked with me to get a lease price that fit into my budget with very little money down. The price is a little steep for me, but totally worth keeping the car in great condition and the environment keeps me coming back. More

Bill was very honest, friendly, and flexible as I had to leave my car there for a week since I was going to be out of town. Sam was fantastic. My wife was really impressed. She needed the 90,000 mile B service (1,3,6) and they provided her with a loaner and adjusted the price and didn't charge her for a cabin filter which wa needed the 90,000 mile B service (1,3,6) and they provided her with a loaner and adjusted the price and didn't charge her for a cabin filter which was called for in the service, because she had it done about 6 months ago. And they had a coupon for 10% off. She has had all of the service on her 06 Pilot done there and won't consider any other shop. We purchased the car there and when the time comes, we will purchase another Honda there. You may pay a little more than a mom and pop service shop but in the long run, you are much better off with factory trained service techs and genuine Honda parts. We've bought the Pilot new in06 and haven't had any repairs done to the vehicle other than regularly scheduled service. Great SUV, great service. More

I look into all the possible needs for that mileage/age of necessary service. So, I come prepared. I like that I can use couplons for service. It helps a little. More
