Graet Place for Srevice We love the Express service for our car. We know ahead of time what will be done to the car. We do not have to make an appointment. We just drive down We love the Express service for our car. We know ahead of time what will be done to the car. We do not have to make an appointment. We just drive down from the Coal Region, park the car at service. Go in and let them know we are there. They go over the service to be done and give us an approximate time to finish. They are always right. We can stay there and enjoy a cup of coffee or we can get a ride from the dealer to the South Mall or anywhere close in the Lehigh Valley. If we take a ride, we just have to advise them when we are ready to come back to the dealership and within minuets our ride is there. Before we leave the dealership with our car, they tell us the measurements on our tires, brakes and how our alignment is if we have the tires rotated so we can anticipate future cost of repairs. More

Although I drive a Kia Soul, the work was completed in a quicker time-frame, with no surprises. My car was returned clean and washed! Something the Kia dealership has never done!! The price was much easier on my pocketbook, too! I cannot say enough good things about the people, the service and the overall atmosphere at this dealership! Hey - even the coffee and bagels were great!!!! More

It was identified as a master cylinder problem that is not part of the Express Service check and they ordered the part and had it fixed the next business day. I appreciated their response to follow-up with my concern and their desire to immediately investigate and repair what I considered an unsafe condition. More

2005 CR-V Still Running Strong We purchased our CR-V from Lehigh Valley Honda in 2005. We have always done the regular maintenance to keep it running (oil, etc). It's become our w We purchased our CR-V from Lehigh Valley Honda in 2005. We have always done the regular maintenance to keep it running (oil, etc). It's become our work horse car, especially in the winter. Our 17 year old now drives and loves it. Recently, we noticed a stuttering (spark plugs??). We had two local garages check it out, and found nothing. Fearing higher prices, we reluctantly decided take it over for the dealership for service. They had the car in at 2:30, diagnosed by computer by 3:15, and fixed by 5p! IMPRESSIVE. And the cost to fix it was very reasonable for the work done. Lesson learned...if you want it done right, take it to the dealer. More
