Our team was attempting to assist you in discussing alternative options to help lower the cost you would incur for new brakes. Doing so would have resulted in a non-OEM brake option which is not something we recommend. Non-OEM brakes and those found at places like Autozone are subject to noise and excessive, more rapid wear. We constantly monitor the marketplace to ensure our pricing is competitive for our service offerings including OEM parts installed by Factory Trained technicians and we routinely offer our customers specials and coupons, many of which are offered via email, direct mail and on our website.
