The initial service didn't help a lot and I was unhappy. Now the good part, these guys gave me a loaner car and took my car to recheck again. Worked out vigorously and found out the actual problem. Finally the problem was fixed and my car is perfect. It involved repair of my radio which they sent for repair . Again they took my car from my home fixed the radio and returned back the car. * They didn't charge anything extra for the second time repair * They were always courteous and clear in solving my issues via phone * I never had to revisit LV honda for the same service Kevin, the manager talked with me and solved all the problems amicably. Thanks Kevin. Also, I would like to thank John. A repair may go wrong for at the end its just a car. The bottom line is that it was solved nicely. I am happy :) More
Trevor Schappell is always courteous, friendly, efficient and helpful when I bring my CRV in for service. I've been a long time customer and haven't had a good experience the last couple of times at their "express" oil change service . years past they could get you in and out in 15 mins. But recently it good experience the last couple of times at their "express" oil change service . years past they could get you in and out in 15 mins. But recently it averages 45 min to 1 hour ! This is unacceptable in my book. What has changed that it takes so long to check fluids , oil change and tire rotation? Its not a good experience sitting there where other people are complaining , mothers are trying to keep kids occupied during this long agonizing wait. Things need to change our they will start losing long time customers like myself. Kevin Wagner had called me on this issue and I applaud his professionalism . he needs to re evaluate his work force and look into being more efficient. I know the owner rather well and I know they do not approve of this either. More
Very friendly and servcie was fantastic and everything was explained to me in detail. I would recommend Lehigh Valley Honda to everyone. Do not come to this dealer for any type of brake work. My 2010 Accord with slightly over 40,000 miles needed rear brake pads and rotors. When I questioned why the rear has worn differently than the front, I 2010 Accord with slightly over 40,000 miles needed rear brake pads and rotors. When I questioned why the rear has worn differently than the front, I did not get an answer that made sense to me. The price quoted was $470.52 at which point I said said I thought the price was outrageously high. I then was told the rotors were $104.38 each. Again I told them I thought the price was grossly too high. I then was told they could try to find after market non Honda rotors for less but they would be inferior and it would lengthen the time until I get my car back. I was led to believe it would be difficult to find other rotors that would be much cheaper. I needed the car and since I was already having someone else driving me around to accomplish errands I said yes do the repair. When paying the bill I again voiced my displeasure at the steep price. What a shock it was to find out afterwards that rotors for my car cost $19.99 each at Auto Zone, the only place that I looked. I sent an email to the service manager to explain my dissatisfaction. He did attempt to call me once while I was sleeping for my 12 hour night shift job. I have attempted to call him back twice since then but have not gotten any type of response since then. If this sounds like the kind of customer service you want from your dealer's service center yhen this might be the place for you. After buying 5 vehicles in ten years there, i certainly will be in no rush to return for my next vehicle. More
I've been getting good service here for several years. After a recent inspection, I was advised that my battery was testing low. I stopped into Express one day and got a new battery and oil chang years. After a recent inspection, I was advised that my battery was testing low. I stopped into Express one day and got a new battery and oil change. The next day I was far from home when my van wouldn't start. I was waiting for AAA when I called the Service Dept for advice. John suggested that I check to see if the terminal connections were tight. I jiggled them and the van started. Once home, I headed to Honda to have them check it out. Apparently both connections were very loose. They were tightened without charge. I was taken care of but disappointed that no one ever apologized for my inconvenience at what was clearly a job not well done the day before. More
