Civic in for warranty work We had our 2006 Civic in for warranty work. It had a cracked engine block at 80,000 miles. Honda had extended the warranty for this issue thankfully. We had our 2006 Civic in for warranty work. It had a cracked engine block at 80,000 miles. Honda had extended the warranty for this issue thankfully. I expect Hondas to go further than 80K miles. Lehigh Valley did excellent work in getting work done and the engine runs like new. Only negative I have is with Honda. They should provide for a loaner for warranty work like this. That will factor into my next purchase. More

Let's face it, traveling high way speeds at 65 to 75 miles per hour, you want the safest affordable mode of transportation available and that is Honda. And more importantly you need to have your Honda serviced to maintain that safety. Are the prices high, yes, but you get what you pay for. You want cheap after market parts, don't expect those parts to work or perform like OEM Honda replacement parts. They went above-and-beyond with their customer service to ensure my experience with the dealership was positive. The quality of the work I had done was also excellent and my car was completed a day earlier than expected, as well. I would highly recommend Lehigh Valley Honda to others because of my recent experience of having my vehicle serviced there. Although this dealership is slightly out of the way for me to get to in proximity to my home and my work, I will definitely return here for all future service appointments since their customer service and friendliness trumped any other Honda dealer I have ever been to. Our service rep, Trevor knows us and our vehicle and takes extra special care to listen to our needs and then proceed to have the shop technicians fix whatever is wrong or perform routine maintenance. We particularly like the Express Service feature of this dealership - quick and easy and no more expensive than going to some neighborhood mechanic. I wasn't sure how to go about it so I contacted my sales representative Shaun Koren for advice. Not only did he provide me with what services I would need but he stopped over at the service center to check on me to make sure the process was seemless and easy. A half hour later I had an oil change, new windshield wipers and rotated tires. Thank you for making this process simple and quick so I can get back on the road.
