Excellent Express Service I recently took my 2014 Accord to Honda Express service for what I thought would be an A or B service. My service adviser, Danicha, looked at the ser I recently took my 2014 Accord to Honda Express service for what I thought would be an A or B service. My service adviser, Danicha, looked at the service record for my car and said that technically, I was overdue for the C service which takes about an hour and a half. She didn't want me to have to wait that long in Express Service and offered to do just a lube and oil change so I could be in and out quickly and then I could come back at my convenience for the remainder of the work on the C service schedule. When I said I was willing to wait if they could do everything on that visit, Danicha said they could get everything done for me on that visit. They completed the C service and did a front end alignment in less then an hour and a half. I was very pleased with the work the guys did in the shop and with Danicha's assistance as my service adviser. More

I always use the Express Service for oil changes, etc. I use the regular service department for the big" services, and I try to follow the recommended schedule. All of the service employees are very professional and knowledgeable. In the 9 years I have owned my CRV, I have never had a bad experience with LV Honda; my car is in great condition; and it has > 150,000 miles on it. More
Above and beyond I recently went into the dealership for routine service. Upon inspection, major repair needed. Staff member told me an estimate (which numbers were spot on to actual cost), provided me a loaner and I was on my way. The next day I picked up my vehicle after being repaired, it died minutes after leaving the dealership. I called the dealership back. Two employees and a tow truck promptly arrived and we returned to the dealership. After further inspection, more major repairs needed. The smiling, reassuring Sam Azar notified me the dealership would take of these repairs and I would need to leave my car behind. He sent me on my way with a loaner. We have been long time customers of Vinart, but it is because of the employee Sam Azar that I will continue to come back to this dealership. He is always professional, prompt and courteous and I know that he has my best interest in mind. Thanks again Sam for going above and beyond! More

wonderful service & very customer focus I have been with Leigh Valley Honda Service for past 24 years and I am seeing excellent progress. I think it is one of the best in the tri-state area. By battery was dead and I took risk by jump starting it and driving to the dealer service. Unfortunately, the car stopped completely on the way. When I called my service agent, I am warmly greeted and was able to get a quick appointment to fix the problem. I thought the alternate was lost. When I towed to the the site, my car was immediately attended and diagnosed for the problem. I was so happy to know that the battery was the culprit and it was replaced with a genuine battery for a great price! Great job folks! you guys rock! Keep it up on the customer satisfaction! More

My service technician, Sam Azar, is always right on top of things. He tries to get me in and out as quickly as possible and always explains any unexpected issues and costs my van may have. The express service is top notch as well. The entire organization is a pleasure to work with. More

He promised me that from my experience, he came up with a much better way to keep track of all the things that were originally overlooked in my visit. I really appreciated the follow up, despite my first experience. It helped regain some trust in these guys. My car had a recall on the airbags. I scheduled an appointment and took it in. I was informed that the recall replacements had been recalled and they couldn't complete the service until a later date. I scheduled a second appointment a month later online. I indicated the "YES - please contact me regarding this service" option before submitting my appointment. For the next week, no one took the time to give me a phone call or send an email. I called them the day before my appointment to make sure I even had an appointment, and spoke to someone about having the airbag replaced. Everything was good, she said they would be able to do it. I dropped the car off the next day, the guy said they would do the recall, no problem, and he would call me when it was done. They never called me. I waited five hours before I started calling them, but guess what they didn't do? THEY NEVER REPLACED THE AIRBAG. I eventually spoke to someone who insisted that it had actually been replaced during my first trip there. So why did no one ever tell me that? And why couldn't they have had the courtesy to apologize for their terrible communication skills? They refused. The guy just kept insisting it wasn't his fault and he didn't know where it went wrong. No apology. Just days of my life totally wasted. More
