It's obvious that our communication was less than desirable. I understand that you spoke with Kevin Wagner, our Service Director, today and he provided you with all the necessary documentation stating that we did in fact perform the recall in accordance with Honda specifications. Kevin also offered to recheck your vehicle at no charge and provide you with a complimentary tank of gas for your troubles. That offer still stands if and when you would like to take us up on it.
