This was an airbag recall, and it was treated like a service call , even though I was not paying for the service. The courtesy and efficiently is the reason I keep coming back to this dealership. Fantastic place with the BEST SERVICE ! What can I say, we bought our 2007 Pilot here with no hassle, no pressure and no feeling of having to deal with the usual Car Salesman! Since then we have had 99%+ of the Service done at Lehigh Valley Honda! The professionalism, care and competence in the Service Department is astounding! Every issue has always been dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction, with the Mechanics and Service personnel always going that extra yard to make us feel good! We especially are grateful to Sam Azar who has made us feel like part of the family!! I can't list all of the people who have made the 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hour (one way) drive worthwhile, but they have our deepest respect and appreciation. We have had to use closer Honda Dealers a time or two and wish they could attain the high level of care and competency of Lehigh Valley, but even if they did we will buy our next car from Lehigh and continue to get our service done right there! More

Shuttle service is a joke Dropped car off at 8am for Honda recall repair (airbag replacement). Was contacted at 9am about needing a transmission fluid flush - what does transmission fluid have to do with airbags? It seems that every time I bring my Honda (car or van) into LV Honda that the default recommendation (whether I need it or not) is that a transmission fluid flush is needed. Was informed by Service department that car was ready at 9:30am and that shuttle would be sent to pick me up. Shuttle finally showed up at 12:15pm (after I made 2 follow up calls). Was told that the shuttle was only a courtesy and that dealership was very busy and that the Service Dept. should not have told me that the van is coming - how is this my fault? In summary, plan on having low expectations concerning using the shuttle service and expect that at some in the process the Service department will inform you that you 'need' some type of maintenance/repair, regardless of whether you need it or not. More
