Consistently great service I took my 2014 Accord into Express Service for a routine "B" service. The service adviser could have just performed the service I requested and I wo I took my 2014 Accord into Express Service for a routine "B" service. The service adviser could have just performed the service I requested and I would have gone away happy. But instead, he suggested only performing the less costly "A" service now since my 30,000 mile service is coming up and that service includes most of the "B" service items. I genuinely appreciated his money-saving suggestion. More

When entering service department you are faced with a line of men at desks to which you are told to go to any of them. Unfortunately, you feel like none of them want you to approach them and that you are interrupting what they are doing. No eye contact and feeling that your interrupting doesn't make you feel wanted! This time they ran out of the part need to fix an airbag recall. We were leaving on vacation and would be with out an adequate car. Sam made one phone call set us up in a rental and our vacation was still on. We had a wonderful time in Vermont and give kudos to Vinart and Sam Azar for quality customer service. More
