Whether it's a quick oil change and maintenance check or, more recently, a recall issue that affected my airbags, they've been great to work with and clear about what needed to be done and why. I live in DC but still go to LV Honda for service on my trips home because they're far better than anything I've tried down here. Cannot recommend them highly enough. More

airbag replaced, brakes, replace front axle shafts 2006 Ridgeline bought July 2005, 175,000 miles. Beginning to require parts replacement (axles) but all else without issue. I had never owned anything but an American made car but I really lo I have been going to Lehigh Honda for 8 years since I bought my 2004 Honda accord. I had never owned anything but an American made car but I really love my Honda and the dealership that takes such good care of my baby. I am a 72 year old women and they treat me with such respect unlike some places when they deal with a women. I just can't say enough about the dealership and the gentlemen that take care of you and your car. I plan on keeping my Honda for many more years and with the service they provide for it I think it may be possible. Thanks guys for all you help and service. More
Very Unprofessional I went in to order a part and Trevor was super helpful and knowledgable so I figured let me just have them install the part when it comes in. I made a I went in to order a part and Trevor was super helpful and knowledgable so I figured let me just have them install the part when it comes in. I made a 10am appointment for a 15 minute job. When I got there I was supposed to work with Sam as Trevor was on vacation. I wanted to confirm the price Trevor had given me only to be told it would take an hour, Sam had no idea how to replace the part and cost me twice as much. When I said forget it I will get it done somewhere else The response was fine just give her what she was quoted and he walked away. Then I was told to wait in the waiting room and they would come get me. I sat there for an hour and a half until I got impatient enough to go looking for my car only to find out it had been done for some time. I'm glad I got that quote because I just happened to be outside when they finally pulled my car in which was an hour into my waiting time. That's probably how they make people think these easy little jobs take so long to make you pay more cause they move your car from check in to the back where you can see it so you think they are working on it but in all reality it sitting behind the building. I scheduled my recall work but I will be canceling to take it to another Honda dealer and will never be going back. My takeaway from this experience is you cannot trust the mechanics here and to know how long a job will take walking in so you don't get scammed!! More
