Lehigh Valley Honda the response to each phone call and voicemail was after multiple calls. The issues have not been addressed. I am told I must handle it myself with Honda and you have washed your hands of it after sale. Both Rick Mello and Chris Goodwin tried to convince us to change our review in exchange for money to make things right. As I told them just fix the issues is all I want. After refusing to change the review help stopped at that point. You mean to tell me fixing the tri climate control, auto headlights, wireless charging, and speed changing mid trip to km/h is on Honda not the service dealership. Poor service and sad that you wash your hands clean after the papers are signed.
