Michael was super kind and patient with me when I took my car in for inspection. Even though they had recommendations, he didn't pressure me. Immediate, friendly greeting from Jarrett when I arrived. Within a few minutes of arrival, and after we went over the work for the day, he had me comfortably sitting in the waiting area.
