Dealership was fine but the salesman was less than impressive. He literally knew nothing about the car, and if he did then he chose not to share it. He didn't know the price of the car, didn't know an impressive. He literally knew nothing about the car, and if he did then he chose not to share it. He didn't know the price of the car, didn't know any of the safety features or amenities if the vehicle. He literally unlocked the car, turned on the AC and said nothing. On the way to the vehicle he made sure I knew to step over the dead baby bunny and not step on it like he did but didn't clean up the poor thing. I sat with I believe his name was Matthew after him and went over all the financing and warranty stuff and he was absolutely delightful to work with. He knew more about the car than Josh and answered all of my questions. I filled out the paperwork with him and make plans with Josh to pick the car up that Friday afternoon and when I arrived, he was nowhere to be found. No one knew where he was. He showed up after I had been handed the keys and was about to pull away. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman that helped me in his absence but he was great. I'm sure the dealership as a whole is good but Josh was a poor representation of the establishment. More
