DEFINATELY highly recommend for service. Sam did a terrific job, far above and beyond any service i had ever received anywhere else before. The people at LV honda service did everything they could to help me, get my car repaired in a timely fashion, and put me first by helping out with costs. I hate negotiating on the price of a car so I checked Kelly Blue Book for the real price of the Accord I wanted to buy and I also checked the amount I could expect to get for my trade-in so I went to the Kelly Blue Book for the real price of the Accord I wanted to buy and I also checked the amount I could expect to get for my trade-in so I went to the dealer with what I felt was a fair price in mind. I explained to the salesman that I was going to buy either the Accord, which I preferred, or a Camry and that I wasn't going to hold an auction so he should come back with his final number, not a starting point for negotiation. They actually did better than the price I was willing to pay and I didn't have to argue over it. THANK YOU! More

I am researching a new Hybrid vehicle and was very pleased to call a dealer and without even asking me my name, address, phone number..... they asked what I had a question on and then answered it.
