Every question was answered in a friendly and timely manner; no request was too bothersome. I was shocked and thrilled when the loaner car we received was another new Honda Pilot! I was expecting to be squeezed into a sedan. Additionally, we are extremely pleased with the paint job on the car and my children are thrilled with the running boards because now getting into/out of the car is not an Olympic event. so, again, thank you for such terrific service. I wanted to buy a Honda for the reliabiliy. Buying a car is not a experience that I usually enjoy. When I found a Honda Pilot online, I entered my info into their website and Eric Bruch contacted me within is not a experience that I usually enjoy. When I found a Honda Pilot online, I entered my info into their website and Eric Bruch contacted me within a few hours. Eric was very pleasent to deal with, very knowledgable and not at all pushy. Not your typical used car salesman. We even got to talk about mountain biking in the Lehigh Valley. They had the used car that I wanted, I drove it, I loved it and I bought it. The only problem was that they would not budge on the price. I guess Hondas really hold their value. They did however give me a good price on my trade in. The car was Honda Certified, which means a 1 year bumper to bumper, and a 4 year power train warranty. When I was speaking to Ray, the finance guy, he informed me that I could purchase an extended warranty for $1000. I don't recall getting this information previously. I don't usually go for those warranties, but to get 4 years of bumper to bumper peace of mind, I opted for it. Unfortunately, that took my monthly payment over what I originally wanted. All in all a good experience. More

Maggie was fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!!! She was very patient with us and was able to answer all our questions and we had plenty. Our experience was so good when we purchased our 2008 Honda Accord in November 2007 we decided to go to them again when we wanted to tr Valley Honda. I bought a 2009 Civic a 2004 Accord, and my daughter bought a 2006 Civic. The reason we liked this dealership is because of it's service. I took my Accord in for an oil change which was finished in 15 bought a 2006 Civic. The reason we liked this dealership is because of it's service. I took my Accord in for an oil change which was finished in 15 minutes and I needed brake lining which only took another 20 minutes. At $120 I feel that the service and pricing was great. My idea of having a great car is having good service to keep my car on the road at all times. So this is why I like Lehigh Valley Honda. More
