One week ago, I bought a certified pre-owned car (2001 Honda Accord EX)from LV Honda. The people that I delt with 20 years ago were fantastic, and the service department was superb. The sales person I delt with one week ago was also fantastic. I will never own anything but a Honda, and I will never go anywhere else to purchase one. LV Honda is the BEST. More
I came in trying to decide between a Honda Accord and a Nissan Altima. I had bought several cars from Lehigh Valley Honda before and I knew I would get great service. I was hoping lv honda would have changed their sales tactics over the years but they haven't. My experience has been not as good as other's have posted here. I was here about 4 years ago looking to purchase a car and when I drove off the lot the sales person was literally yelling at me because I said I wanted to shop around at other dealer's also.This was as I was in my car stopped at the signal light. More recently after a test drive I felt the pressure tactics from the sales people and then they deny they are trying any type of tactic. Why would I buy a car at the first dealer I visit? That to me is ridiculous.If a dealer is truly good/professional why would they call you several times per week? Thankfully today using the internet is a great way of getting quick price quotes and I found thru my research that LV honda's price was higher than other dealers I contacted. In conclusion I would not recommend LV honda for a car purchase. There are better dealers if you are willing to travel maybe into New Jersey or the Philadelphia area. More
Had brought in my honda fit for speed service (oil change, and replace rear windshield) even had a coupon......quick, efficient service and out in less than 15 minutes! Switched cars with my wife at noon, she has a Toyota Yaris, and she felt the rear left tire was low, I took it into the quick service bay, but they don't have a lift for the yaris, I took it over to the regular service bay area, they took it in, checked out the tire, put a new valve stem in the tire (could not find anything wrong with the tire, although it was about 4 lbs low), the put it through the quick wash, and returned it to me, without charge.....now that's a "WOW", but I've had this type of experience in the past, plus I don't take the yaris to Krause (where I bought it), I take it to L V Honda, for lots of reasons.....krause must have an appt for a simple oil change (which means hours), plus no shuttle service....the yaris is great (and my wife loves it) but I wouldn't go there for the service.... great job, well done!! bob metz More
Very satisfying experience. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to work with me to get the right financing. The only criticism was the "sales" pitch on the extended war knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to work with me to get the right financing. The only criticism was the "sales" pitch on the extended warranty from the financing manager. The "sales" pitch lacked clarity and when I asked for additional details, I received an advertising brochure that did not answer my questions. The "sales" pitch made the offer that seemed too good to believe. As a result, I elected against the extended warranty. In the future, the dealership should provide what is and is not included in the extended warranty when asked by the customer. This did not affect my opinion on the dealership or my overall experience. More
Took my Civic in for regularly scheduled service including a coolant flush/refill. They didn't hook everything back up right which led to all of my coolant leaking out of my car which led to my car including a coolant flush/refill. They didn't hook everything back up right which led to all of my coolant leaking out of my car which led to my car overheating & cracking the engine block. Service (guy was an a*hole) denied anything they did would have led to coolant leaking out (hello!? coolant drain & refill?!) so they didn't take responsibility & then asked for $1600 to fix the problem. Local garage fixed it for $1100. Would not go back or recommend their service to anybody else. More

Our new Fit is the third Honda we bought from Lehigh Valley Honda. The salesmen are always willing to explain the car end to end. He did such an excellent job ex-plaining all the paperwork and then the car to us that it was as if he had worked with us from the beginning. One of the reasons we keep coming back to Lehigh Valley Honda is because of the service, too. We love the express service. Evveryone we have dealt with at Lehigh Valley Honda since 2002 when we bought our first Honda, has always been courteous, polite, and more than willing to help.
