Mr Urban: I apologize if you felt you were misled in any way. You are correct that the extended warranty program commenced in March. Since you purchased your car a few weeks before the March 1 start date, you are not eligible as would be the case with any incentive program from us or the manufacturer. In the meantime, please know that you made a fantastic deal on the price you paid for your car and I hope that our sales team was able to meet your expectations from a product knowledge and professionalism standpoint.
